"eyewitness news" reporter anita oh is live with shore, a need a? >> reporter: ukee and guess kaine investigators have been on the scene all afternoon. you can still see them outside this home right now. they did get the green light for search warrant to collect evidence from inside the home, earlier today, pennsylvania state police told us that this toddler may have shot himself this is chest, but all of that is still under investigation. a bright september day was marred by darkness for one milford township family. >> extremely difficult and the trooper on the scene had a two-year old and something like this is that much more difficult. >> reporter: on monday paramedics rushed two-year old benjamin austin smith, suffering from a gunshot wound from 2100 block of kumry road, to st. lukes hospital. the boy did not survive. >> the the family was conflicted or not is matter for investigation to determine. >> i don't assume anything. >> reporter: only boy's father in his late 20's was home at the time. he voluntarily went with

"eyewitness news" reporter joe holden has the store friday havertown. >> there have been three swastika in delaware county over last few weeks, two here's in havertown, and one on swarthmore college's campus. the question is, is this the work of an individual targeting people, or is this a copycat. >> i heard it about it, the rumor. >> reporter: word that swastika had been drawn in the haverford township tennis court nearly two weeks ago was mostly kept under wraps until late next week. >> it is unacceptable. >> reporter: spokeswoman for half found township school district says they are leaving it up to police but they don't believe haverford student was involved. the symbol had been written with chalk, school was able to erase and students say that the tennis court used by both middle school and high school were re-surfaced. >> to me i feel like it is

to go estimates one in five people, lose money to scams every year with conn artists stealing millions of dollars. people most likely to fall for a scam may not be who you think. three on your side jim donovan explains. >> reporter: he valued over a million-dollar from publisher's clearinghouse. >> i thought this is great, thank you god, thank you god. >> reporter: when father mike ortiz called to collect his winnings a conn artist told him he had to pay $40,000 in taxes first. he to and soon found out letter was a fake and he was victim of the scam. >> hook, line and sinker i fell. >> reporter: new research from the better business bureau on who gets victimized may surprise you. >> younger people, more educated people do tend to be more likely to lose money to a scam. >> reporter: report looked at 30,000 scam cases, only 11 percent of seniors ended up getting conn artist money but three times as much, 18 to 24 year-olds fell for the scam and forked over cash. >> we are all at risk. stereotypes, widely held but

alabama and mississippi. our next front is way back across northern plains that will eventually get here, so you can see we are in the corridor of dry air between humid air to the west and humid air to the south and we have got this sweep of dry air, low dew points and that will stick with us through the day tomorrow. speaking of dry, it has been a very dry year. all year. our rainfall deficits since january 1st, just shy of 4 inches, and we have had 25.32 inches of precipitation and water since january 1st, normal is 29.31 inches and summer has been especially dry. future weather shows that will not change anytime soon. here's tomorrow afternoon at 3:00 couple clouds here and there, no big deal, then wednesday is when we will heat up. temperatures back toward 90. you you can see, as i mentioned it is heading in the afternoon but, it is almost like the dry air overhead, it just kills those showers, maybe a stay one wednesday evening but for the most part that front comes through dry, clears out, and then we have dry, pleasant conditions,
