moan y "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo live on eakin's oval where today's democratic rally is open to the public and will probably be packed. good morning, jan. >> reporter: brooke, jim, good morning, that's right, it is bound to be very hard to get around in this part of center city today. president barack obama lands at philadelphia right around 1:00 then his event here at the oval where hillary clinton is scheduled to start right around 2:00. as meisha mentioned, lane restrictions start as early as 6:00 a.m. a lot of activity should be ramp up in a couple of hours. take a look at this, this was what's happening here overnight, work done at the oval, see the stage, seating really taking shape for the president, he is expected to talk about clinton and the economy today, and as well as encourage pennsylvania voters to register ahead of the october 11 deadline. this comes as clinton remains side lined from the campaign trail. she is taking few days off to recover from pneumonia. on sunday you may remember she had to leave that 9/11 early,

cell phone video caught her stumbling, being helped into her van by secret service. clinton said she never passed out about did feel dizzy. she told cnn last night that doctors had told her to rest for five days but she thought she could power through, and what you saw was the ends result. now, clinton campaign is promise to go release more of her medical records following this bought of pneumonia. clinton has been criticized for not disclosing her illness sooner, she was diagnosed friday but wasn't made public until sunday. she said she didn't think it would be a big deal. >> if it happened to you and you're a busy active person, you keep moving forward. and, you know, i think it is fair to say, anderson, that people know nor about me than almost anyone in public life. they've got 40 years of my tax returns, tens of thousands of emails, detailed medical letter report, all kind of personal details. >> meantime, republican candidate donald trump is also

meisha has been giving you great advice this morning. reporting live from the oval, jan carabeo, cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> here we go again, people who rely on septa regional rail service are dement another setback. all septa silver liner five cars are out of service again. some of them had been repaired but now septa says the fix has a flaw. the problem involves the new bolts used to repair the cars. riders say they appreciate septa's concern for their safety. >> i'm okay with them. as long as i'm safe. that's the main thing. >> they want to make sure their riders are safe. so have to do what you have to do. >> septa officials say this recent discovery sets things back just few days, not weeks or months, still, if you ride the regional rails, expect more delays. new this morning, six people are in the hospital after an accident in west philadelphia. "eyewitness news" was at 59th and samson samson streets,e

a car was upside down. police say the accident happened around 11:30 last night when a car rolled over and hit several parked cars. no word yet on the victim's condition. a high speed police chase ends in a fiery crash, in mercer county, new jersey. this is new eyewitness video sent to us this morning showing the scene at south broad street in west park avenue in hamilton township. you can see the flames. eyewitness says a van was being chased whether it hit a car. they say the van then caught fire and the car hit an utility pole. no word on injuries. so far no comment from hamilton township police. >> camden county prosecute verse charge add clementon man with downloading child porn and using his nab overs' wifi to do it. gloucester township police say lewis lasalle used wireless rotator connect his neighbor's unsecured wifi, then downloaded and distributed more than 700 pornographic videos and 33,000 images on his laptop. the neighbors were not

involved but cyber security attorney lisa garber warns you should have a pass worth protected wifi to foil would be hackers. >> unfortunately, the older generation is certainly a target for hackers like this because they may not be understanding what kind of technology they're putting in place, it sets you up tore extremely vulnerable. >> now, garber says use a password that's not usely guess recall, use software that can monitor the traffic on your network, and set a limited range to your wifi. today's school districts and education advocates will make their case before the pennsylvania supreme court that state funding for education is not enough. six school district are saying violating constitution for not providing enough money for schools. governor also say not matter for the courts to decide. the suit was brought two years ago, but a lower court dismissed the case. education advocates will be rallying for support of this suit this morning.

>> check ewing the flames shooting from a building in downtown los angeles, more than 160 firefighters battled a fire at a commercial building. flames broke out about 8:00 at a smoke shop. now, officials say the fire caused gas sill end ers inside the building to explode, forcing firefighters to battle the flames from a distance. fortunately, no one was hurt, and there is no word yet on what caused that fire. colin kaepernick and eric read took a knee once again at the national anthem at the season opener against the los angeles rams. no other 9ers players joined in the protest last night, although rams defensive lineman, earth quinn, and another fist up during the anthem. kaepernick refused to stand for the anthem during the pre-season, too, in favor of protest of the. >> local high school football team joined in the symbolic protest during the nash alan them at saturday season opener

and they plan to do it again at this week's game. at woodrow wilson high school in camden. all but two football players exercised their right after their coach preston brown told them he planned to kneel. in a interview with our sister radio station wpht, coach brown said the team, which is predominantly black, with several hispanic players; not bashing police or disrespecting servicemen and women. >> we are very much american as the next person, but we do understanded because of our skin color, that there are limit takes cents, if people of color, we are hurt, and when you kneel in sport, that's the analogy, that's the connotation that we're trying to create. >> the camden school district released a statement saying in part, the district sports standing for the flag but this is a personal issue and we strongly respect our students' experiences and their exercising our country's first amendment right. the camden diocese issued a statement earlier this month saying players and coaches who don't show respect during the

humidity, and eventually warm up to more summer like steaminess out there. that won't really happen today. it is going to be a taste of summer granted, but not the hot, humid weather that we've been experiencing lately. really is just comfortable start to the day, just comfortably warm later onment storm scan nice and quiet. if you are one of the lucky folks that either lives at the shore, or is headed that way for, maybe, extended vacation here, looking at some great weather coming up. today is just a beautiful one. upper 70s, full sunshine, nice and warm, certainly, it is just right. you know, not too hot, certainly not too cool. eighty-four tomrrow's high, that's where we peak when it comes to the shore temperatures in the next couple of days. notice cool-down by thursday. that comes courtesy of the same front that's going to knock the temperatures back in philly, too. so here's where we end up tomorrow. ninety for the high with sun and clouds through the day it, looks like the bulk of moisture will bypass us to the north, however, so maybe that night we see shower or thunderstorm, but that's it. and then the cooler, drier air takes over, little taste every fall to wrap up the work week. not bad at all, but we could
