carabao for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". back to you. meanwhile, house democrats want to know more about a donation given to a florida attorney general, pam bondy. trump gave a 25 you this dollars donation from the trump foundation to bondi. her office was considering an investigation into trump university but did not officially open an investigation. the new york attorney jennies also looking into the practice of the foundation. beverage companies have filed a lawsuit to block the philadelphia sugary drink tax set to start in january. the tax amounts to 18 cents, on 12-ounce cans of sugary drinks. new you tax violates the law because it duplicates the state sales tax and they say it unfairly taxes sugary drinks at a higher rate then other drinks. mayor kenney wants to use taxes to expand prek. the mayor added in a statement, while it is repugnant that multi billion dollar soda industry would try

was shot to death in south philadelphia tuesday night. "eyewitness news" on the scene in the 1800 block of snider avenue where 21 year-old angelo cologne was shot in the head. he was pronounced dead at the scene. no word on a suspect or a motive. police are searching for two suspects in the violent robbery of a upper darby pharmacy. police say suspect first check out the store and then left, ten minutes later they say they returned wearing masks, stealing thousands of pills but missing the most powerful drugs. the officers say two pharmacy employees are recovering after being roughed up during the robbery. police say that the suspect may also be responsible for robberies of other pharmacies. man who called himself philly jesus has been found guilty of trespassing. the ruling stems from his arrest this may at apple store on 16th and walnut. authorities say that philly jesus whose real name is michael grant, he blocked an aisle inside the store with a cross, and then refused to leave when asked. he was sentenced to three
