developments, cleve. >> reporter: brooke, we're awaiting a news conference any minute now with the chief from camden police. we could hear from the fbi and camden county prosecutor's office, since little gabriel hill carter was shot almost exactly one month ago police have made finding her killer their top righter, and there is a sense of relief that tyhan brownies now behind bars. this all happened back on august 24th, little eight year-old gabriel was riding her bike in front of her home on south eighth street. she as shot in the head and then later died, two days later. search led to the largest cash reward in the cities history, $76,000, and it led to the arrest of two women police say hampered their investigation by providing false alibis including brown's own mother, shekia lamb. tyhan brown was arrested in tennessee staying with the relative there. u.s. marshall fugitive task force was able to capture brown. he is charged with first degree murder and gabriel hill carter's death. he is held in scale in

tennessee awaiting a extradition here. we do expect to hear any minute now from the police chief here in camden and we will have more details later this afternoon. live from camden, cleve bryan, cbs-3 "eyewitness news". police in yeadon delaware county continue their investigation in the the death of the woman earlier this week, but, they are no longer, calling her former boyfriend, a person of interest. police say 35 year-old mark epps was interviewed late last night, investigators say they have developed new leads regarding other persons of interest in the murder of natasha gibson. police released new surveillance individual row that could can tane a image of her killer. in other news police officer who shot and killed an unarmed black man in tulsa, oklahoma has turn herself in, to face a manslaughter charge. district attorney said officer best i shelby reacted unreasonablely when she shot and killed terence croucher. correspondent manual, tells us why the slain man's family says, they hey never see justice even though the officer has been charged.
