eight year-old gabriel carter was shot right here by her home on eighth street. police say since that time it is no exaggeration they have had somebody working on this case around the clock and now they say they have at least one of the people, responsible, in their custody. they say that 18 year-old tyhan brown from camden is now in jail, after he was hiding out with a relative in tennessee. august 24th, little eight year-old gabriel was shot in the head during what police believe was a gang related incident. police say early on they had a hint brown was involved but a record $76,000 reward didn't help them much, to get any information about his whereabouts. they say that brown's mother and girlfriend were arrested this past week for allegedly hindering investigation by providing false alibis. tyhan brown was arrested in clarksville, tennessee this morning by the u.s. marshals fugitive task force. police and community hope this is first of several arrest toss hold people responsible for little gabby's death. >> i'm just so happy, so filled and thrilled as a

tonight at 6:30. victim of the hit and run in philadelphia's fair hill neighborhood has died, domingo menendez was hit at second and allegheny. he was rushed to temple university hospital in critical condition. police say driver who hit menendez, kenneth bauer junior was under the influence. stadium showdown continues for temple university. temple football team taking on the university of north carolina charlotte tomorrow during their home coming game at lincoln financial field. as "eyewitness news" reporter rahel solomon explains some protesters on campus today want to make sure that the linc is where their football games stay. >> at temple university alumni prior to return to campus for home coming weekend another issue returns to campus as well friday afternoon community leaders and group's stadium stoppers protested the university's proposal for building of an on campus football stadium. >> we do not intend to have a stadium, in our neighborhood.

sleeve less and for most of the night be comfortable. the not the case as you will see this weekend. storm scan three shows our front, you can see most of the moisture will stay east of us, north east of us, producing showers right around albany area they will head toward boston. i don't think that front produces much if anything for us maybe a stray shower late around midnight in the poconos, possibly a syringe will further south overnight or early saturday morning but for the most part we will get that front out of here quickly during the date tomorrow. start the day with cloud, sunshine in the afternoon and highs in the 70's. high pressure planted overhead on sunday, chilly tart to the day, and then pleasant in the afternoon with a high right around 07 and lots of sun. monday looks like a nice day, cloud may start to increase late monday as this front approaches, does look like this front will hold off until tuesday, these can always speed up, i wouldn't be shocked if monday afternoon turns out cloudy, and we will keep an eye on that but as far as how it will feel in the not bad range with dew points in the 50's, we will cut them down to the 40's tomorrow afternoon. sunday dew points in the 30's,
