water main break lincoln drive at green street intersection closing, right around 8:00 a.m. for repairs and also, right around this area we have another one, construction here what crews are doggies cleaning up from the prior break but not the same one. lincoln drive between green street and wayne avenue, water main repairs are going on through friday. two separate incidents just happened to be around this same area we have construction out there as well, boulevard north bound and southbound between ross street and strahl street inner drive is closed when we look behind it in our sensor map it looks like it is showing all green which is great news. more construction gulf road is block between freedom drive ape gutrie road. thanks, meisha. just 40 days until election day and both candidates are back on the campaign trail following monday night's debate. to daze another high profile name comes to our area to stump for votes for hillary clinton. the first lady obama has an event planned at lasalle university set for noon today

christie will take the stand as a witness in that trial. well, good news for drivers who use the schuylkill expressway. >> penndot and septa are working as a partnership on several plans to help ease congestion between philadelphia, king of prussia. part-time shoulder use on the expressway will be soon a reality. that change will start in about five years, but another part of the plan also includes technology improvements, upgrades to electron being signs and then new signals along roads that run parallel to the interstate. >> this will help vehicles move more efficiently and especially when there are incidents that occur on the expressway. >> the partnership with septa will bring rail line improvements, greater capacity bilevel trains and new parking options. lasalle university is retuesdaying under graduate tuition, starting next year. the rates will drop from little will more than $40,000 to less than $29,000, and that is how much under grads paid back in 2008.

delaware, southern new jersey before you will see it in the lehigh valley for example but once we do see it, it starts do down size and that starts later tonight and through tomorrow. as a product on have that rain it is not necessarily going to change when foliage hits but it will change vibrancy we will see. we are starting to see very, very minimal foliage coloring, and changing of the leaves up near poconos. we have a few more weeks before it is more prevalent here. but, let me just take it day by day if i can. throughout the day today, no problems, later tonight, specifically is when rain really moves in. i would keep the umbrella ready to go anytime tomorrow, friday, it should be at least a little will bit more sparse on the radar but still anytime showers could still be out there, system finally is losing, starting to fizzle a little bit and getting pulled away, by the weekend. but showers, still lingering on saturday and at this point i cannot rule out a residual one on sunday either. it is a row long event. >> wow, big stretch of very wet days, and tomorrow morning is really going to affect our

commute so just heads up on that we're looking good. compared to yesterday when we had that rain that slowed us down. we are looking dry at schuylkill eastbound at city avenue. this is what we are looking at eastbound and you can see headlights, between westbound direction coming off the boulevard. it is busy, hence, looking at this 95 at the girard in the southbound direction, we know this will get as we push toward it at 6:00 o'clock and it is a steady stream of vehicles and headlights right now. blue route, however headlights moving in the southbound direction at media swarthmore we are looking good on the blue route. keeping an eye on that all morning long and so far, so good. i want to call your attention to the water main break lincoln drive at green street intersection is closing at 8:00 a.m. it happened around 7:00a p.m. use germantown avenue or wissohickon avenue is your best bet, and also just know, construction this is actually crews cleaning up another water main break, different water main break, not the same one but kind of in this same general area.
