are lower clouds settling over portions of center city sky line. the lower you get to the ground the clearer it becomes. eventually may be a few patches of fog and that's more to meng. generally today not looking bad at all. although we start to see clouds building in and it's somewhat dpreery today and there's a cold front moving in. specific to portions of mercer county and ocean county specifically we have showers and steady rain moving through and fine pocket there. but as we go throughout the day the clouds rebuild and again anyone is fair game to see a shower or sprinkle. i don't think you need the umbrella feel free to leave it in the closet today. check the windshield wipers once or twice and it's scattered in nature. temperatures into the low or mid or upper 50s out here in philadelphia at least at the airport 61. it feels comfortable outside. i'll tell you that much as the day goes on we rebound from here. spotty sprchingal long the way. pretty much any time. there will be a few sunny breaks, too, clouds trying to

troubles for eagles bradham. he was arrested with a loaded gun in his backpack. the gun was allegedly spotted as he passed through tsa check point. he has a permit for the gun and they do not believe he had criminal intent. he was released from custody and they have no comment and have spoken to bradham and authorities. >> comedian bill cosby will not be able to attend the deposition in her lawsuit. cosby faces trial on sex assault charges next summer. his accuser andrea constand sued former d.a. castor saying he defamed her by saying she change the story. they will allow cosby attorney to review that deposition. >> dpat after's lawyers are appealing conviction on corruption kharpings.

>> lucky for you now the sun is going down earlier and earlier. but regardless we're starting to see pour clouds build in. so the views of moon are not quite as readily easy to see out there right now. and we'll actually start things off if we can a live neighborhood network clouds already starting to nudge in here settling in and you know it's not terribly widespread. we're finding that across the reeling joan and through neighborhoods this morning. this is live neighborhood network shot pleasant valley middle and high school in broadheadsville. that said we want to check in with other folks in our eyewitness weather watcher network and we'll check in with the folks. temperatures in the 50s ux up and down the delaware river and inland as well. 60 is bup of the more out liars here from peter off to a mild start in lawrenceville. few clouds overhead and again 60. cooler sports goes to 9 from wayne hunter he's under a pretty clear sky in landonburg and the temperatures had a

chance to drop off more readil readily. down into delaware temperatures are pretty much stuck in mid 50s from the slew of observations we've got and under clear sky jason reporting 55 degrees. there you have it. let's turn focus to matthew. incredibly impressive looking storm system and you can see the odds well defined on tail end of radar. this is satellite loop over the last couple hours. so maybe tough to see where the way the snap laid out southern beaches of haiti where that eye is headed and it appears this will continue essentially north ward track so there are now tropical storm warnings and hurricane warnings posted basically up to the north here through the bahamas and i won't be surprised to see that go into effect as well for florida coastline and carolinas and depending on final track of this. as far as setup for us it's many days away. the question mark remains the

further out you get to how this actually impacts us. here's the setup with high pressure building out to see you get more of this getting drawn north. there's a cold front sweeping in with a trough and what that may do is draw the system a little explosioner to the coast or take it a little further out to sea. likely tracks are that we see this cross over the eastern north carolina shoreline and/or make a right-hand turn and have minimal impact on our area. we're hoping for the latter scenario. that's what europe peep model is suggesting and to give you reference european model was the one that pegged track of sandy early on. fingers crossed it does its job once again. regardless as we go back to lovl level and last few hours touch to see and there's showers rolling through central new jersey. you may see that off an on throughout the day shower and sprinkle and more clouds than anything helping to limit temperatures to low 70s. then sun come back and clouds look nice. clouds rebuild saturday. that's when chance for rain returns from matthew as well as

frontal passage and sunday depending how things pan out right now looks like it would be the day of biggest impact from matthew. >> meisha over to you. >> katie. mixed bag there thank you so much. good morning, everybody, all right. looking outside wold of travel near the boulevard near the schuylkill moving in both directions looking nice. no days. i would say ever slowly starting to build. 422 taillights in eastbound direction at valley forge both moving eastbound and westbound side you can see what you're work working with there. schuylkill taillights in the eastbound direction belmont avenue starting to slow down just a little bit. good indicator 6:00 in the morning we know it will be busy there progressing to the morning cracking into the 6:00 hour in a little bit. also new jersey transit is still suspended no service out of hoboken and cross honoring past new jersey transit buses and private carriers an ferrie ferries.

reminder on that and construction lengthiering out there. new jersey turnpike southbound near route 22 left lane blocked and that left lane will be blocked until 6 a.m. we have a couple more minutes on that and also just a reminder and head up delaware memorial bridge northbound two middle lanes on. this starts 9 a.m. and brings us all the way through 1 . good news is it doesn't start until after rush. make note it will be out there again starting 9 a.m. jim and rachel back to you. >> thank you, hurricane matthew claimed three lives as batters caribbean headed to u.s. atlantic coast. it's not clear what impact matthew has on u.s. and category storm pounding haiti with wind and heavy rain. forecasters expected to bring wind and rain to cuba next. u.s. governors in florida and north carolina already declared states of emergency. >> look at this this is hurricane matthew visible from international space station. cameras caught these stunning images from 250 miles above the storm.
