news" viewer video that shows flames leaping from the rooftop of this house on the 9800 block of bridal road. fire fighters pulled up just before midnight to an intense interior fire a full box alarm was quickly called sending as many as 40 fire fighters, four fire engines two ladder trucks and two chiefs, crews pushed in and trapped that fire to the first floor, knocking it down in just 35 minutes, they say, but inside, two victims were found, a man and a woman. neighbors say that they are a couple in their 50's and just took their daughter off to college. one victim was found in the foyer, the other in the living room area. >> unfortunately the bustleton section of philadelphia, suffered a tragedy today, and the companies found two victims on the inside on the first floor. they brought them out and started, cpr immediately. sad to announce we lost both of them. >> i'm extremely shocked.

i was actually crying a little bit because i hoped they got out. >> you are looking live at the investigation, still underway here on the scene here. there were reports of the gas leak possibly here on the scene that was contain. in word if that caused the fire. that of course remains under investigation at the this time. fire marshall is here on the scene and upon arrival we heard crews said there were no working fire alarms that they heard and again that fire fighter is stable at aria torresdale with a minor injuries. rahel and jim, back inside to you. in other big news this morning hurricane matthew is slowly barreling toward the bohamas and threatening the u.s. east coast, deadly category four storm is packing winds of 145 miles an hour. matthew made land fall in cuba yesterday after causing massive devastation in haiti. forecasters say it could reach south east florida by late thursday. people in miami are stocking up on supplies. >> i got batteries, i got some

again, hillary clinton, donald trump hold their second presidential debate sunday night. clinton is holding a fund raise inner washington. during yesterday's town hall in haverford township clinton pushed for paid family leave and sick days for working moms. trump is rally with anything henderson and reno. during a round table with oil and gas leaders in denver trump said regulations are damaging the energy business. just a reminder trump and clinton's second presidential debate is sunday at washington university this st. louis. coverage begins at 9:00 p.m. on cbs-3. as we learned more details about last week's deadly train crash in hoboken, a lawyer for some of the hundred people injured have filed notice for intent to sue. rose marie arnold said blame lies with new jersey transit. her clients have injuries that are permanent or medical bills greater than $3,600. so far there has been no comment from new jersey transit, and meantime a u.s. official tells the associated press, that the train was going between 20 and 30 miles

warnings in place, all of the bohamas included in that, still over spreading eastern cuba and haiti and up to the eastern branch of florida. this could be a devastating storm system for eastern florida shoreline. still potent category three hurricane. still major status when it comes to that category. we will see this, essentially, ride the coast of the southeastern united states. i'm showing you forecast models because they are starting to jump on the possibility and more likely possibility that this storm makes a right-hand turn and turns out to sea before it gets up to the virginia coastline which essentially will shelter us. that is great news for our area. there could be changes. we advise that. we are settle relatively early on in terms of the impact here from that storm system but right new there is a better chance it will bypass us so that is great. in the meantime is there a potent system erupt ago cross the plains, this is the front that will help steer matthew
