duck boat disasters we have determined they are fatally flawed. he he says a city without duck boat tours is a safer city, that is a quote. philadelphia police are looking for clues in the deadly kensington shooting. police say a 47 year-old woman was gun down in the 100 block of east sterner street. officers say someone shot her in the head, neck, shoulder and she was pronounced dead at the scene. police are searching for a suspect and they are looking into the possibility that the victim, may have been an innocent bystander. well, red cross is helping four tam list left home less when a natural gas explosion tour a house down in trenton. two people were rush to the hospital, the blast caused extensive damage to the duplex on wayne avenue, the red cross is providing aid to 14 people, right now all of the injuries are said to be minor. investigators are working to determine if it was a gas leak that spark a deadly house fire in philadelphia's bustleton section. we told but this yesterday morning, the fire on the 9800 block of bridal road left two

go on, get on the ground right now. on the ground. >> wild police chase comes to an end in new hampshire, right there, this all happen early yesterday morning. an officer says they saw a white car speeding between lanes, and then started to chase the the car and after losing sight of it, the officer says he then spotted it flipped. driver was arrested and taken to the hospital. he is charged with driving while impaired among other things. and a horse is expect to be okay after rescuers pulled him from the mud in chester county. crews worked for hours, and needed help of the crane to free the horse named cyrus. yesterday afternoon, in thornbury township. the 1700-pound, 18 year-old clydesdale escaped and found a short time later almost neck deep in mud. crews had to sedate cyrus to free him and vets say his condition this morning is guarded. if you are catching an uber x or lyft in philadelphia your driver is technically operating illegally.

transportation projects, in the garden state. of course, all eyes are on the tropics as we continue to track hurricane matthew. >> katie is here with the latest, katie. >> most new and up to date information coming from the national hurricane center. matthew has strengthened, since last check, yes, so let me get you outside to the satellite. this is a look at a very well defined storm system moving right in and over bohamas island and its next stop is florida. so at this point we do still have numerous, extensive hurricane warnings as well as watches that extend up to south carolina coastline and even tropical storm watches go out to the western side of florida. it gives you a sense that this storm is just very expansive, with wind field and certainly rain field extending all the way out, to the western side of that state. in the meantime here's where center of the circulation resides, you can see that wind flow, again, just that vortex

but as this storm moves north and west there is a possibility that it continues to strengthen and right now it is only 6 miles per her shy of category four status. a very strong cat three and as morning and afternoon progresses is there a good one it end up as a category four before it makes land fall over florida. even if it doesn't make land fall it is coming awfully close to that shoreline so hence evacuation taking place and look what happens through the course of the next day and a half here. it is a slow mover. this will be stuck for multiple days across south east. this goes out to sunday and it is only making that right-hand curve by the time we hit second half of the weekend. it will be down across shorelines for many days on end and as a result causing major, major just not the just devastation but just flooding usuals and whipped damage that will be coming from this is pretty extensive. let's track those sustained wind speed. darker magenta shading indicating where we have

strongest wind speeds and that starting to get underway where it is 50 miles an her greater wind flow as early as this afternoon on the coast of florida. then moving up near cape canaveral area where we will see land fall in the early morning hours of tomorrow and continues right up the coast. if this before to continue north we would be keeping a close watch on it but that right-hand turn is still expected. it is really good news for us, unfortunately for the folks in the southern states. it will be something to keep an eye out for possibility we will need to help, efforts down there with the red cross. storm scan is quiet. we have high pressure on our side in part helping to steer that storm and keep it suppressed to the south. looking at palmyra cove nature park no problems seeing that sky line. tough to tell lit up in pink in support of the breast cancer awareness month. we expect that sun to shine, nice warm afternoon but cool start, dress in layers, typical for october and really tomorrow looks like a carbon

copy forecast. by sat the take cold front crosses bringing showers and clouds and by sunday we are in the clear officially and we will see temperatures drop as well, meisha, over to you. katie, thank you, look at that sunshine we will get, that is some good news for us in the delaware valley. blue route taillights in the north bound direction, this is before the schuylkill and you can see moving in the northbound direction. it is not looking that great. when we look over here to the southbound side that is where i have got my eye, overall southbound side that is starting to heat up. northbound side is looking good. i-95 south at academy what we are looking at here both directions looking fairly similar and looking quiet on interstate i-95. now that we are pushing deeper in that is a good sign. 422 taillights moving in the eastbound direction near pennsylvania turnpike, moving eastbound direction is what you are working with westbound not keeping my eye over here. mainly looking at eastbound side and now maybe starting to heat up ever so slightly but
