longer any involvement with the casino. new this morning, police are investigating a shooting in philadelphia's lawncrest section. this happened around 2:00 this morning in the 900 block of granite street. police tell us, a man was shot in the leg, but they're not sure if he accidentally shot himself or if someone else shot him. the man is in stable condition. >> investigators are trying to pinpoint the cause after house fire in delaware county. eyewitness video shows flames shooting from a home on the 500 block of upper chichester township. firefighters got the call around 6:30 yesterday evening, under control in about an hour, and there are no reports of injuries. a tradition of philadelphia lgbt history month turned hostile, protesters took over the annual pride flag, raising ceremony inside city hall. mayor jim kenney was there but eventually left when protesters interrupted his speech. the demonstrators say city officials have long ignored discrimination within the lgbt

welcome back, alleged gunman in the kings of two palm springs police officers will be formally charged with murder tomorrow. police arrested john felix and took him into custody after lengthy stand-off sunday morning. police say felix emerged wearing soft body armor and caring ammunition, but no weapon. minutes before the shooting, the suspect's father allegedly told neighbors his son was inside acting crazy and wanted to shoot police. an eyewitness describes what happened. >> we were sitting here watching it. v. we heard couple of bang, bang, bang. we looked out. went crazy. it was rapid fire. >> officers respond the to the suspect's home saturday for family dispute. the slain officers are jose gilbert vague a and leslie,
