derailment, cleve. >> reporter: jessica, compared to 2012 paulsboro officials say this was a very minor incident, and earlier today just to the side of me here and, the train cars have now been moved, a few came off the tracks, nothing spilled, nobody hurt but help you talk about derailment there is a i fear and we saw that as people found out what happened. it wasn't just about what happened, but where it happened, tuesday morning a freight train officials say was carrying lube oil came off the track in paulsboro. this is the same industry and town where train derailed almost four years ago releasing 20,000 gallons of dangerous chemicals, and noxious gas into the air. >> it happened again. it is first thing it happened again what are we up against? what happened? what fell, what spilled. >> reporter: officials say nothing leaked but had there been a spill many children could have been in harms way. four cars derailed at an interchange directly between paulsboro high school, and the boys and girls club team center.

mayor garrett stevenson left his day job to evaluate the the scene firsthand. >> not too much concern but having gone through this four years ago everybody's adrenaline involved goes up when we hear train wreck and news helicopters are flying over. >> reporter: local officials say they were told cars derailed backing over a spread of park section of the track. paulsboro resident a whatever the cause it needs to be fixed and they hope to never hear the wordy railment in their town ever again. >> it is very scary thought. it is not what you want. it can happen again though. >> it is not good. why is the train keep falling? what is the problem. >> we need to get together with conrail and industry, and see, what is going on with these track that is we keep having these coming off the train tracks, is what going on. >> reporter: spokesperson for conrail was operates the fright lane says officially, the cause of the derailment is under investigation, but we did see, that they are bringing in a new section of track this afternoon.

and arguing back and forth on facebook and it turns into killing. internet, you will argue on facebook. it is not that deep. it the is just words. you're typing words. now my sonny got to put my son in the dirt. >> reporter: in the mayfair i'm rahel son to monday for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". in the city fire fighters rush to the row home after getting reports of people trapped inside. fire started shortly after 8:30 this morning in the 3600 block of frankford avenue. chopper three was over the scene, according to the fire department there were heavy fire conditions when they got there. they did not find anyone inside. the fire was placed under control in 20 minutes. well, now to the eagles, arbitrator has made a ruling in the lane johnson performance enhancing drug suspension and it is not good for the bird. >> sports director don bell joining us now with more on this. >> it is not the way you draw it up early in the season but many of us expected it. we will talk bit. it is official. eagles right tackle lane johnson has been suspended for

ten games for violating the league's policy on performance enhancing drugs. it is his second offense which is why it is so steep. last week arbitrator heard at peel but didn't feel compelled to change the ruling. his suspension starts immediately which means he will not return to the team until after the december 19th, at that point, eagles will only have two games left in the regular season. today i talked to wide receiver jordan matthews about the situation. >> we have to find a silver lining in this whole thing, that is my mind set is we potentially knew this was coming for a while, so it is not like it is a huge surprise. so guys who are waiting in the wings should have been getting ready and should have known hey, if this does potentially go through and not the way we want it, i need to be ready to go, i say other guys thinking that way so you have to support him first, and then secondly we have to get out there and win some games. >> here's why losing lane is a big deal because carson wentz is a franchise quarterback. johnson has done a great job
