chairman john podreck ea, they believe the controversy over clintons's use of a private e-mail server while secretary of state would blow over after one weekend. temple university has a new leader. tonight, trustees voted to aappoint a new president. the trustees board said over the course of his 40-year career at temple, engler earned administrator and leader. after surveillance video reveals alleged worker fraud. employees at the facility near suburban station were under surveillance eight weeks and some, including supervisors allegedly billed for overtime they did not work or weres excessively late. the control office said the center resulted in mall processing. it's working to recover losses

for what it calls fraud. police are trying to find two young suspect whose broke into the philadelphia academy charter school. this surveillance video from october 9th shows a boy and girl. they got away with several items from classrooms but police didn't say what those were. if you have informationing call. police. a freight train jumps the tracks in paulsboro. there was no leak, the four cars derailed at an interchange between the high school and the boys and girl club center. the tanker cars derailed backing over a separated section of track. town's mayor was among those who rushed to the scene. >> i think everyone's adrenaline goes up when we hear train wreck >> it happened again. after the first day, it happened again. what are we up against?

what happened? what spilled >> this morning derailment happened not far from the site of the 2012 paulsboro derailment and chemical spill which sent toxic in the air >> a man who lost part of a finger and suffered a broken nose. he announced the planned and lawsuit against the new jersey transit. the 66 was a passenger in the front car that crashed into hoboken terminal on september 29th. authorities raised the u.s. death toll from hurricane matthew to 33 and more than half fatalities are in north carolina. new jersey first responders have rescued at least 100 people from flood waters in north carolina. and this is video of the new jersey task force one team at work in lumberton. north carolina is bracing for more flooding in downstream towns. bad news for the birds. >> a ruling finally been made in the lane johnson performance enhancing drug violation >> the next time we see lane

showing that bank of clouds. the reason for bank of clouds is actually a warm front that's lift youing you through the area. you'll feel temperatures start to rise as we get into tomorrow and thursday. a quick look at temperatures in some spots across our live neighborhood network. shows we're close to where we were. not much of a departure. freedom high school in bethlehem 54, new castle 54, atlantic city high school at 60 and at the robert jmiller air park in thomas river, chilly 42. more clouds out there. temperatures not expecteded to drop cite as far as. theyed we'll bottom out in the low 40's in spots like reading and allentown, mount pocono at 35. yesterday morning mount pocono was about 30. allentown in the mid 30's. about five or six degrees warmer than last night. philadelphia abnormalities out at 49 in the city, last night 46. slightly milder no frost advisories to tell you about here. heading into your wednesday, temperatures right around the 70

degree mark, give or take a agree or two. not the stunning deep blue sky we've seen, still a beautiful fall day,oned f starts to move closer on thursday, doesn't have a lot of moisture with it. in fact, i'd be surprised if we see anything at all. couple of showers possibly to the north and west. going to be warmer thursday but not for long, cool canadian high builds in friday. pull the air down from the north and temperatures only in the 60's once again. that october crispness returns friday, saturday and sunday. but i want to time out these showers, heading into tomorrow, again, just a few clouds around, sunshine in the afternoon. looks like a beautiful fall wednesday, thursday twatch for fog in the morning, that can slow down your morning commute. as far as rain is concerned. we don't have a lot. stray shower possibly thursday afternoon, mainly from allentown on north, most of the region is dry. that clears out and we're looking at blue skies and sunshine friday through the weekend.

we do have a hurricane to talk about. this is not going to directly impact the east coast. it is however, a strengthening storm, nicole at 90 miles an hour, 970 mill bars strengthening to a category 2. likely making landfall early thursday, a hurricane warning is currently in effect for bermuda. in the city, 49 degrees, our low tonight, tomorrow the seasonal day, few clouds in the morning, more sun in the afternoon, high 69. here's the eyewitness weather seven-day forecast, which really looks great. we are within a few degrees each day. thursday looks like a warm one at 72. just watch for that morning fog. friday and saturday, stunning crisp october weather, mid 60's. it's the three-day this weekend, perfect weather for walking, 60's 40's at night. next week we may be heading back to the 70's, little something

i would support legislation in pennsylvania that would ban abortion and i would suggest we have penalties for doctors who perform them. would you put people in jail for performing abortions? at some point doctors performing abortions i think would be subject to that sort of penalty. dscc is responsible for the content of this advertising.
