approaching gulph mills same story here. we are heating up more on the schuylkill then what we saw on the blue route but overall we are still looking great at 5:30 on a busy wednesday it is looking good. lets call your attention to this accident in delaware involving two tractor trailers, one overturn and it spilled a load of chickens. save all that. all lanes are block right now, you will to have use this alternate route 13 southbound good to be your best bet, it will be your own bet right now so use it, you'll have to. i'll let you know when one or two lanes get unblocked but right the now it looks like chickens every where. then we have had this fire in hunting park broad street has reopened, between west pike street and west butler street. great news in that area having to use that alternate. another accident this norristown east airy street at clay alley. not slowing you down too much but it will later on. construction pennsylvania turnpike eastbound off ramp to bensalem one lane guys is still block, jim and brooke, back over to you.

well, happening today mayor jim kenney is taking his support to new smoking regulations in philadelphia. >> they are aimed at stores selling tobacco in certain neighborhoods. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch is live where the mayor will make the a announcement this morning, justin. >> reporter: good morning. city officials, smoking is very serious concern, they say it takes more lives every year locally then illegal drugs, car wreck, homicide, diabetes and aid combined. that is why city hall is now stepping in. you're looking at video of the city health commissioner doctor thomas farly giving a one on one tour through kensington to cbs-3 health reporter stephanie stahl. they are pointing out tobacco labs that surround many young people every day, as the doctor hopes will be less common, and city works to foster a smoke free generation. that starts he says with new city proposals to stop the number of stores from low income areas and keeping those

stores 500 feet away from schools. the health department will hold public meetings on those proposals and hopes it will be official sometime next year. you may recall city did raise taxes on cigarette sales, back in august, but the commissioner says that philadelphia has the highest smoking rate of any big city in the u.s. and recently as 2014, the city counted one in ten city teens having picked up smoking. >> the problem is that young people get addict when they are teenagers, and they are addict for life. so we want to prevent so many kid getting addicted especially in low income neighborhoods where it is in the fair they are getting heavy marketing of products. >> now we did reach out to the national association of tobacco retailers and they are against regulation, that they will stop economic growth in the city and also hurt local, law abiding businesses, but mayor will speak on this issue at 10:30 at city hall. new back to you. thanks, justin.

allegedly committing fraud. employees at facility near suburban station were under surveillance for several weeks, some including supervisors allegedly put in for overtime they didn't work or they were excessively late. city controller's office say troubles at the center affect mail processing resulting in late mail delivery. city is working to recover losses from what it called fraud. it is unclear if any charges will be filed. search is on for two young suspects, police say they broke in the philadelphia academy charter school. this surveillance video from sunday shows a boy and girl entering the school in the 11,000 block of roosevelt boulevard. police say they got away with several items from classrooms, if you have any information call the police. it is national breast cans's awareness month. >> cbs-3, cw philly and komen philadelphia are teaming up, once again, to turn the sky line pink. this is a look at the national museum of american jewish

i-95 south, we're in the southbound direction looking good, you guys, we are starting to heat up a little bit right now. we're seeing brake lights that indicates instate i-95 is heating up to the point where we hit our brakes and slowing down less than 55 miles an hour. schuylkill headlights moving eastbound at the boulevard, we are pushing in the eastbound side and westbound side. which say westbound side is heating up, quicker then eastbound side overall we know we will have to give ourself extra time. overall drive will look good this morning, just a sea of headlights right there. drive will look good because we have dry roadways, weather is cooperative. 422 headlights moving in the eastbound direction past oaks, similar story looking good. i want to call your attention to delaware route one southbound near smyrna all lanes are block, two tractor trailers involved, one overturned, and that spilled a load of chickens. i just don't think that sound good. route 13 southbound is going
