garage collapsed, trapping the woman, and first responders freed her. she was taken to the hospital for evaluation, there were no other injuries and winslow police are now investigating. crews are busy on the campus of temple university trying to fix a water main break, this happened just before noon at 13th and norris street in north philadelphia we are told dormitory is still without water and could be without water throughout the night. university officials are headaching plans to help students who are affect. crash involving chickens shuts down a busy highway this delaware, tractor trailer carrying chickens hit another tractor trailer on route one southbound in smyrna, new castle county. there were no human injuries but many of the chickens were killed. close call last night at newark international airport has two planes clipped wings. united airlines jet just landed safely, it was on its way to the gate when it hit a lufthansa aircraft repositioned. those planes were checked for damage, no injuries were

reported. federal investigators say small plane that crashed on to a street in east hartford, connecticut yesterday was flown in the ground on purpose. student pilot was killed and flight instructor was seriously injured. the plane went down just steps from pratt and whitney a defense contractor that makes engines for military aircraft. officials now say that it was a suicide. temple university is officially under new leadership, trustees voted last night to a point richard engler t, who has been acting president since july since trustees ousted neil theobald. he has earned an outstanding reputation over the course of his 40 year career at temple. one of the big issues he inherits the controversial proposal to build a stadium on campus. fire prevention week in philadelphia, today at fire academy fire department held a series of burn demonstrations to drive home just how quickly fires can start and then get out of control. fire commissioner adam tiehl

roughly two to six dollars more per month, that makes it the smallest increase to date. number of the teenagers involved this deadly car crashes is rising for the first time in nearly a decade and some say parents are part of this problem. chris van cleve explains some of the top mistakes happening behind the wheel. >> reporter: donovan testmer was about to start his senior year with high school. the teen's girlfriend was speeding, lost control and hit a tree. donovan was not wearing a seat belt. he was ejected and killed instantly. >> i cannot even describe what it felt like in that moment, to be standing on the crash site looking down at the a yellow tarp knowing that my son was underneath it. >> reporter: almost a decade later speeding remains the top mistake teens make behind the wheel. of the nearly 14,000 fatal crashes involving teen drivers over the last five years, more than 4200 involved speed. >> i think one of the kind of disturbing things that is not getting any better.

there are new concerns tonight about the safety of drinking water at more public schools, in our area. lead but here at arts high school there was one faucet that had 2,000 parts per billion lead. school district wants to know how bad the problem is and now they know. water testing shows 20 out of 26 trenton public school building have elevated lead levels in the the water fountain and faucets. several instances levels more than a thousand times above federal safety standard. >> unaudible. >> we need something done about it. >> reporter: school office are closed for jewish holiday but in the letter superintendent said when they found high lead levels district implemented interim remediation strategy such as taking faucet off line or permanent replacement of plumbing components. we asked governor christie about the capitol city's lead problem. >> we will do what we need to do to make sure kid get safe drinking the water and that is why we are doing testing and that is why i required testing to find out. >> reporter: this year state began requiring water testing at all public schools not just

we are following breaking news, now, authorities say a new jersey state trooper lost control of a patrol car and crashed in millville, cumberland county. chopper three is live over that scene along the 2400 block of main street. you can see that patrol car suffered significant damage. investigators tell "eyewitness news" that the trooper suffered minor injuries and that that car was the only vehicle involved in the crash. the causes under investigation and we will continue to get more information for you. u.s. troops are back in iraq as the country's army prepares for an assault on iraq's second largest city of mosul. correspondent holy williams got access to an air base where american advisors are helping iraqi forces prepare for battle with isis. >> reporter: 40 miles outside mosul, it is isis territory just over three months ago. now recaptured it is operated by 103rd airborne division, from fort campbell, kentucky. >> anything else going on. >> reporter: nearby camp, will
