be moisture scoffed but it will live up to its name as cooler air takes grip as we will look ahead to the weekend but with this said it is nice trade off because we are expecting phenomenal weather and we will have more on the full forecast later in the show, meisha. >> so nice to see 70's in october, we are spoiled. good morning, everybody. boulevard headlights in the southbound direction at fox street looking great here, just a sea of headlight, we can expect that around 5:00. we will see increase toward the 6:00 but this is what we're looking out there and that is okay. it is looking g schuylkill heating up, headlights moving in the eastbound direction. this is past king of prussia, so those in that neck of the wood just a heads up. i would say heating up a little bit. we have a few accidents. one at trooper who are park avenue motorcycle hit a deer at amy drive that will slow you down, so probably have flashing lights out there. an extent at devereaux avenue near roosevelt boulevard and that is one of the three that we have seen this morning.

the here's another one still out there roosevelt boulevard southbound at harbison avenue, heads up on that as well, and another accident here valley forge road at pot-shop road a lieutenant of accidents in different parts of the area. just make note and construction by bye road is closed between new street and penn street. you will to have use montgomery avenue as your best bet, brooke and jim, back over to you. one man is dead and another is in stable condition after a shooting in northeast philadelphia. police are investigating two crime scenes, in lawncrest and they say shootings are connect. one victim was fund dead on cheltenham avenue while other victim was fun just two blocks away. he is in stable condition. homicide detectives are working both scenes and they say they believe trucks, may be involved. updating on a developing story this boston now. >> two police officers are fighting for their lives after if thing shot in the line of have duty. two wounded male officers are boston police force vets one serving 28 years, other about 12 and at this hour both are in extremely critical condition, officials say this all began close to 11:00 with reports of the man with the gun as he is in his boston home spark by a fight between that suspect and a roommate. now upon arrival, boston police commissioner said responding officers came under fire with officers dragging the two wound todd safety while firing back. one officer was hit once or twice, the second, shot several times. that expected shooter is said to be a man in his early 30's and commissioner says he is wearing a bullet-proof vest and he fired an assault rifle, suspect was later found dead, investigation is now underway. >> two individuals that probably nomos about what happened tonight are behind us, at mass general fighting for their lives, so like mayor walsh and commissioner evans, i ask the city, and the region to please pray for them for their well-being and their

it is moistening up in the atmosphere maybe need to go flip windshield wipers in the car. as we check here very quickly with the eyewitness weather watchers, going out to a couple pictures here, yeah, a perfect example of it. windows are wet again this morning with the dew and moisture building in the atmosphere and nice light wind to will you that to form. couple other pretty pictures here but i'm loving the fall pictures that we're getting from the watchers, another one that came in from phil chapline taking outside one of the areas it looks like a fall festival kind of market here, absolutely beautiful with the pumpkin, fall foliage starting to pop out there. we are starting to see that take place. i want to check with the temperatures around the region before we switch gears here. we have temperatures mid to upper 40's, even chance of the lower 50's to report out in king ton pa near city. dave bradley reports 50. middletown delaware jason is reporting 51. coolest spot, eileen has tonight gilbertsville at

41 degrees but generally you get the idea mid to upper 40's, lower 50's at best. lets talk about the foliage, we're starting to see it get ever more vibrant out there, and really at the peak of this point or at least approaching the peak up through closer to the canadian border and upstate new york. you have to go far north to sea bryant colors. we are beginning to see evidence of the picture to see some of those colors popping in our own neighborhoods. it is just another i'd say another two weeks max before we start to see most vibrant colors showing up out there and also believe at its peak but we have a cold front pass that we have to discuss leaving patchy fog for outlining suburbs, eventually this front crosses through in mid to late afternoon even as early as lunchtime for the suburbs you may sees a shower. this is the gist of the day, cool start, patchy fog in most spots and specific to philadelphia and northwest you may see a shower in the afternoon. behind the cold front it lives up to its name, we will cool down but back in full sunshine

the majority of the upcoming weekend, not bad, meisha. >> not at all, i'm loving it but yep, you just scratched surface on the fog. take a look at i-95 south at cottman it is out there and we are seeing it here. you might have some visibility issues, it is heavy fog down here near cottman avenue. just a heads up on that, we want to get our fog lights going because you will actually need them here, coming around that s curve. that is what we are looking at for right now i want to switch and talk about these accidents here, this is a new one, medford, new jersey car hit a tree here injuries are reported, main street at mill street, heads up on that, also another accident, boulevard southbound, at harbison avenue, we have seen a few incidents out there, on the boulevard, so just a heads up, give yourself a couple extra minutes out there on the roosevelt boulevard basically any where. just give yourself a couple minutes there park avenue at aim i drive, heads up, in trooper, a motorcycle will hit a deer in this area. we will have people trying to

october 13th good morning i'm jim donovan. i'm brooke thomas. you can never be too prepared, katie. >> good morning. >> yes, good morning. it is gateway to the weekend. we are looking good. we have been trickled with accidents out there all minor and we have to get to all that coming up in a little bit but for the most part we are just seeing fog. >> very patchy out there. we are finding a few locations and it is location, location, location. more remote suburb is that you are starting your commute from more likely you will see some fog out there. storm scan at more localized zoom very quiet. we are off to a dry start hey need to flip your windshield wipers, to get dew off before you hit the road here. the visability, again mostly just totally fine, completely clear as a bell but 10 miles or greater but out in trenton, lancaster and in the pine land around millville more remote places. but trenton isn't most most remote spot in the world it
