roads are looking really good. if you had an accident this morning on the boulevard, that's now cleared. do have update from septa. >> all quiet on my side of the table. all right, i'm done. >> you know, it will be little chillier later tonight. little cooler already this morning, but man, very quiet. we have great end to the week here, forecast looks awesome, guys. so cooler, crisp than yesterday was certainly, no rain in this forecast, but, it is still going to be pretty much just what i like to call at up perfection, you have the cool air, need to layer up certainly walking out the door, still really comfortable, that said, with very light winds, very dry air in place, so just looking nice. storm scan, continues to work over time, continuing to show absolutely nothing of note out there. even any cloud cover that may have been out there, pretty much fizzled away. really just nice quiet beginning to not just the weekend but the day ahead here. temperatures in the meantime are cooler than they were through the overnight yesterday. dropping down to 39 right now, 44 in allentown, at 45 in

that clears. heads up on that. and speaking of heads up. take a look at this guys. there will be 95 traffic shift tonight, starting 8:00 p.m. tonight, will last until mid-morning tomorrow. we will have new northbound lanes at cottman avenue, lane closures between bridge street and academy, the off ramp to cottman will be closed. make note of this, tweeting this information out, as well, you will need this if your ' in that area. worlds of septa, we have stuff going on here as well, university city tunnel closures, because that far irks airport, media elwyn, newark line, a just dollars saturday, sunday, all the service will be terminated at 30th street. and again, this is information i'll be tweeting out, more construction coming up in a little bit. back to you up. >> dating breaking news, deadly crash on roosevelt boulevard, has claimed two young lives overnight. >> "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch live near front street, justin, we understand you just spoke to neighbor who tried to help? >> neighbors tell us the sound of the crash was just awful.

police are telling us the only two people who likely know what happened are the survivors of this crash. one a woman who was driving north on front street here, the other, a 18 year old man who was driving in these outer west lanes of roosevelt boulevard, their cars collided at this corner, and that car was sent crashing over here into that light pole. two young lives lost. you should be looking now at video of one of the crash cars being towed away, the hyundai sedan, police say there were three people inside, all trapped, and latest rescued by firefighters. now, two died from severe head and neck trauma wound, 17 year old girl here dying at the scene, and 19 year old dying at einstein. now the 18 year old male driver did survive, and police say his brother was the other person who died. now, close to 12:30 this morning, police say that hyundai was traveling in the outer west lanes of roosevelt boulevard when it collided with the ford innings more err suv. inside 54 year old woman

driving north on front street, and it seems now police say her front end struck the hyundai passenger side, sending it careening into that light pole and we did speak to a neighbor who told us that he called 911. >> i looked in the car, the guy is kind of woke up, and his buddies was hollering wake up, wake up. he came tonight he went back out. that's when i ran in the house and called 911, to let them know you all will need serious, serious equipment here to get these people out. >> and of course those two teens did die here on scene. the suv driver and a driver of that hyundai sedan were taken to einstein where they were questioned by police. and did suffer some bumps and bruises. now, police are telling us that here in this area they don't have camera stations, so relying on those two drivers, and witness accounts. the to kind of figure out what happened here overnight. not sure at this point if speed played a factor at all in this crash. rahel, joe, back into you. >> justin, thank you for that live report. >> and staying in that area,

police say, there are more questions than answers, in their investigation of another crash, in northeast philadelphia. "eyewitness news" tells police 18 year old man jumped on the hood after car and was thrown off when the car crashed. this happened near verree and rhawn in fox chase about 9:20 last night. he's now in critical condition with head injuries. the car lost a side-view mirror but apparently the driver was able to drive away. so police are is her clinic for that car and driver right now. and, state police say a pedestrian was struck and killed in chester county. it happened around 7:30 last night. chopper three, over the scene, over the accident, near baltimore pike and mcfarland road in east marlboro township. no details on the victim's name or if the driver stopped at the scene. >> we hope to get more information from police later this morning, in the death of a special needs student. police say the 15 year old boy died after a scuffle with a staff member at wordsworth academy in wynnefield height. they say the teen had mental and medical issues. detective say they will release further details when their investigation is

complete. well, this morning, we are hearing more from one of the women quoted in a new york times article accusing donald trump of inapropriately touching her. jessica leads spoke with cnn anderson caliber it last night. she said it happened when she sat next to trump on flight in the 70s. >> i would say just about, what, 15 minutes, that's long enough. >> that's a long time. >> yes. >> did he actually kiss you? >> yes, yes. >> on the face or on the lips? >> where ever he could fine a landing spot, yes. >> well, trump is now accusing clinton and the media of conspiring to derail his campaign as he denies all sexual assault accusations. >> meantime as hena daniels tells us, there are more leak emails from hillary clinton. donald trump spent thursday on the defensive. a mid a slew of sexual assault allegations. levels against him by several women this week. he took particular aim at one of them.

the city's ownership rights to that island. >> former pennsylvania attorney general, kathleen kane, mentioning they'll ask for house arrest when she sentenced on perjury charges, in august you might remember jury found kane leaked grand jury documents to a newspaper and then lied about it under oath. she stepped down after the convention, kane will be sentenced on october 24th on perjury and obstruction charges. defense argues that kane is first-time non-violent offender, primary caregiver for her two children. >> well, food trucks, take over chinatown for the chinatown market street festival. >> that will be a good time. take a look at the scene along race street between ninth and 11th last night. hundreds of people were there to sample everything on the menus, festival also included music, karate demonstrations. >> well, a controversial sign at popular philadelphia landmark is no more. >> the sign requested customers place their orders in english. how customers feel about the change. >> the northwest getting ready

damage. meteorologists predict it could be the most powerful storm in ten years. authorities are telling resident to secure all outdoor furniture, shutters, and if they can, to of course stay inside. >> tough couple of weeks for our country between the hurricane, on our coast, yes, and now the west coast. >> extreme wet kerr affect anyone. right now they are getting hit with it. we've had nicole. we've had matthew with the hurricanes, at least in the atlantic. now yes the passive irk northwest starting to get hit here. you can see actually with that storm sits tell very well defined storm at this point, a trailing front, you have got that classic comma shape that goes along with this, very heavy rain already, and if you look closely, yes, it is cold enough in the highest terrain for some ice and some snow to develop here, at least across the canadian prairie. but this storm at this point is going to absolutely be much more after western united states concern, than it is for us, at the wide zoom, though, we do see another little batch, another piece of energy here, bringing in some heavier rain around portions at least of missouri and to arkansas.

here at home though we have high pressure on our side. so switch gears. take a look at the eastern united states where it is all clear basically maine down to florida we certainly fall inbetween there with very nice weather as well. there is nicole. in fact, still churning as category one hurricane, now at least thankfully that little speckle, that's burr newed a, making its way away from that island. thank goodness. they real had i to bear with, deal with, very, very substancially unsettled weather yesterday. meanwhile, the month of october, bring it back here locally in philadelphia, has actually been above averagement probably not shock by. that will 1.2 degrees above the norm thus far. we ended up at 78 with highest temperature of 45, so far, has been our lowest temperature, and we are actually slightly below average by about a quarter of an inch, when it comes to any precipitation. but, later tonight, we don't expect any wet weather rather we expect that chill to settle back in, and frost advisory will go in effect, to the southwest, southern new jersey, for temperatures there that fall mid of in the mid

you guys. out on the roadway, stable vehicles, northbound fox street. what we have pulled all the way off to the right. probably going to slow down little built as you tap the brakes probably, and you can almost see, it is cutting in a little bit to this lane here as well. stowe will cause to you swerve around. the reason why i bring this up, still dark out there. sometimes when it is dark it is kind of authorities see those, that's where we get more problems on the roadways, heads up there. blue route southbound at mid-county what you are looking good as you push in the southbound direction, yes, i would say, overall looking real nicement nice and quiet both moving in the southbound and northbound direction, so blue route, all good. big thumbs-up there. construction 95, cottman, see crews out there again northbound side that's still out there. and speaking of this area, i want to pull your attention to something else, construction, 95, be seeing traffic shift in this area, that's going start tonight at 8:00 p.m. it will go through mid-morning tomorrow. northbound lanes at cottman, a lane closures between bridge and academy road, off ram top cottman closed heads up on this, this will slow you down little bit starting tonight at 8:00 p.m. again, in the world of septa,

i would support legislation in pennsylvania that would ban abortion and i would suggest we have penalties for doctors who perform them. would you put people in jail for performing abortions? at some point doctors performing abortions i think would be subject to that sort of penalty. dscc is responsible for the content of this advertising.
