bit. but i can tell you right now, just tacking about this, joe, yep, the schuylkill right now, you guys, schuylkill eastbound at university ave. is completely closed. you're looking at video right now, i can tell this accident happened about 12:45 this morning, yep, tractor-trailer verse us a vehicle, tractor-trailer was caring beer kegs. so, this is closed both directions right now eastbound closed university ave. traffic can re-enter at grays ferry and westbound, look at this, guys, westbound closed air vare avenue. also involving an oil spill. one person has been transported to the hospital. so i can tell you right now for those every you taking the schuylkill which is many of you this is severely going to impact your travel this morning, you will want to give yourself extra time. i would say even though it is only 4:30 this morning, i would say at least give yourself a half hour at this point, you can imagine at 5:00 and 6:00. live shot right now looking at the schuylkill eastbound at university ave. where the accident is in the live picture.

crews are still out there. take a take a look at this tractor-trailer, huge dent there. give yourself extra time, even though it is only 4:30 in the morning, give yourself at least 30 minutes, vine now open. that's good news, more coming up in a little bit. right now we go to the weather department. justin, good morning, a lot going on already in the worlds of travel. >> weather is quiet it, will get warm, still feeling like summer late september or even mid september really for the next few days, setting new records probably for the middle of the week. this morning pretty quiet across the region, may finds areas of desidents fog, center city in good shape under partly cloudy skies, temperature 59 degrees, light breeze out of the west at 5 miles per hour, look at the temperature change compared to this time yesterday. anywhere from about ten to 17 degrees warmer, so that's what we will be dealing with there is warmer air continuing to build in over the next 24 hours. visibility, less than half mile now in wilmington. this hour, three in allentown, so again depend where you are, you will run into locally dense fog.

he later died later this morning. police are now treating this as a homicide investigation. take a look at the videoment all of this happened right around 10:30 last night, 5100 block of f street in lawncrest. police say the 28 year old man had just come home from shopping, as you mentioned, they say he was in his back driveway when approached by those men. now before the victim died, he was able to tell police at least one of those men pulled a gun and announced a robbery. then for some reason the victim was shot multiple times. police found four spent shell casings right next to his body indicating he was shot at point blank range, taken to temple university hospital in very critical condition where he later died. unclear how much the suspect got away with, but police do know they took the victim's gun which he had with him at the time of the robbery. >> the victim told us he was robbed, and after the victim was shot, one of the perpetrators actually took a semiautomatic gun from the victim. so we don't know if the victim

got a chance to even pull the weapon or if it was just stolen as result of the robbery. >> now, homicide detectives are investigating. they are looking for surveillance cameras, and video in that area. that young child, that was in the house, when all of this happened, that young child was taken to neighbor's house this morning, safe, unharmed, that family member also in a house now working with investigators to see if she can help in this investigation. reporting live outside police headquarters this morning, jan carabeo, cbs-3, "eyewitness news", rahel, joe, back to you. >> thank you for that live report. >> another deadly shooting overnight there is one just after midnight in philadelphia's kensington section. police tell "eyewitness news" the 19 year old victim was shot in the head while on 2900 block of rosehill street. detective are now checking for several surveillance cameras in the area hoping they will hope identify a suspect. >> woman forced to jump to safety during house fire in philadelphia's tioga section. firefighters getting the call around 1:15 this morning to a burning home in the 1700 block
