three day walkers. >> i walk for my mom. i walk for aunt marilyn, i walk for kristin, karen forks r all of the women fighting out there and all of the men. >> there is inches ration, walk presser all over the country come together to ends breast cancer. >> turning to the breaking news and traffic, meisha, that accident causing quite a headache for drivers this morning. >> certainly is, and already only in the 5:00 hour. i can tell you right now, one area on a monday morning we do not want any problems that's on the schuylkill. that's what we're seeing right now. accident involving tractor-trailer caring beer, guys, happened about 12:45 a.m. this is involving an oil spill, one person has been transported to the hospital. you can see crews out there trying to get this cleared up. so the accident happened at the schuylkill eastbound at university ave. eastbound closed right now at university ave., and traffic can re-enter at grays ferry. only one lane is open, on the westbound side of the schuylkill, which is alleviating congestion.

still looking pretty slow, alternate moving in the eastbound direction, that's going to be the vine to around broad street. i can tell you right now, lets eight try to switch gears. i bring you outside, schuylkill taillights moving in the westbound direction at vare avenue. this is where one lane is open at university ave. leading up, all lanes clear right mere, approaching university ave. condensed into one lane, really going to start to slow you down in fact you can see some brake lights going on there right now. eastbound past south street, yikes, takes a look at this, the backups already only 5:30 in the morning on a monday, not what we want to see. until that gets clear up, this is only going to increase, congestion will only get slower and slower here. so i'm saying for the past 30 minute, give yourself 30 minute extra time. i would say start to increase that, every 15 minute, every quarter hour that goes by give yourself even more time. look, they are not even moving here. this again eastbound past, the back up to this, and eastbound closed at university ave.

you can re-enter on grays ferry so absolutely going to cause some headaches for this morning. also dealing with con instruments sean, dealing with the traffic shift, dealing new lanes at cottman avenue. moving in the northbound side. where you were traveling on the northbound side right where you can see. >> again dealing with, that might slow you down little bit this morning, as women. so right now we head over to the weather department, there are some 80 eights in our forecast rob, maybe mid 80s, will feel more like late summer, to at least the middle of the upcoming week. fairly dry right now, two areas of fog to deal with, could slow your morning right down little bit in some areas, but overall pretty comfortable. don't need the heavier coat. temperatures holding 50's, 60s, compared to this time yesterday, much warmer, 11 to

17 degrees warmer. so that's the trend. warming, warmer air mass continues to build on in. and temperatures holding right around 60 at the airport. we had 30's, who's, morning low temperatures, big difference today. fifty-seven up at quakertown, mid 50's pottstown. there is the visibility issue down to half mile around philadelphia, less than half mile in wilmington, and also in millville. watch out for locally dense fog in some locations, couple of showers earlier in the poconos, they've now dissipated, so we should keep things nice and dry through the day, that will be the trends. really for the next several days. a lot of sunshine in the forecast lunchtime looks good, recess upper 70s in the sunshine on the way home today. nice afternoon, talking high of 80 degrees, for philadelphia, mid 70s at the shore, talking more about these record coming up in the seven day forecast in just a few more minutes, joe, rahel, back to you.

pointing to lower open after down week on wall street. on friday the dow did rise about 39 points, the nasdaq up a fraction. today netflix reports earnings after the closing bell, pretty low with subscriber growth slowing down, netflix has focused on original content, especially comedy. last week, the company announced $40 million deal with chris rock and two stand up comedy special. pepsi is reducing sugar from its drinks, soda maker says 2025 released two thirds of its drinks have 100 calories. pepsi will add more zero and low calory drinks, and also reform late existing drinks. >> macy's is buck ago retail trends and will remain open on thanksgiving. in fact, its stores are expected to open at 5:00 p.m. thanksgiving day, that is now earlier than last year. this year several major retailers in shopping malls will close their doors for the holiday, hopefully to celebrate with their families. brooke, jim? sorry, rahel, joe.

at grays ferry. only one lane is open on the westbound side. right now because of what time it is, let's see, it is almost 6:00 in the morning on a monday morning, this is absolutely going to slow you down t has been for quite some time right now. so, right now i want to bring your attention live outside, schuylkill taillights moving in the westbound direction, at vare avenue, right now, one lane is open on the westbound side. take a look at this, guys. so all lanes open here, as you travel, as you move westbound toward university ave. that's when you get condensed into one driveable lane. that's when you start to slow down. on the eastbound side, yikes. this is not what we want to see, not even cracking into the 6:00 hour, eastbound side, schuylkill, past south street, for the backups extendingment you can see, it even goes past this camera shot, you are at a complete stop here, looking more like parking lot. for little while there i was saying give yourself extra 30 minute, i would say at least extra 45 minutes, if i were you, playing on the safe side, i would even give yourself

saturday. >> shooting suspect on the ryan, after firing on police officer then stealing his patrol car. fairfax police department released dash cam video of the suspect, and they say the officer was responding to reports of gunfire on sunday, around midnight. when he pulled up the suspect ambushed him, then drove off in his car. now, police found the cruiser a few blocks away, so far, no sign of the shooter, reports are the officer was shot multiple times, and is listed in serious condition. >> two people are killed when a small plane crashes in ohio. the plane went down yesterday evening, in a heavily wooded area of warren county. authorities are attempt to go get the tail number off the burned aircraft. as of now it is unknown as to where the plane came from or where it was heading. it is also unclear what led to the crash. >> north carolina says the price tag from hurricane matthew adds up to one and a half billion dollars with 100,000 homes and buildings damaged. in the meantime, local

rescuers who helped after the storm are back home safe and sound. at the philadelphia fire department, special operations center, family, friends, and fellow first responders, group employed. made several life saving rescues while stationed and the lumberton section of north carolina. >> i think we have roughly 80 to 100 rescues, and then 25 to 30 animal rescues. >> it is great experience for them. it is experience they bring back. it is capability they bring back. not just to the city of philadelphia but to the entire commonwealth and to the entire region. >> on one of the missions the task force rescued a woman and her dog who were trapped inside a vehicle surrounded by flood water. glad that they're home, safe. everyone get summoned for jury duty. that apparently includes the phanatic. >> our friend, yes. we will tell you why he used among the many people doing their civic duty, at the criminal justice center this morning. we will be right back.

i would support legislation in pennsylvania that would ban abortion and i would suggest we have penalties for doctors who perform them. would you put people in jail for performing abortions? at some point doctors performing abortions i think would
