victim is already out of the hospital, already treated and released but he is fortunate he wasn't more seriously injured. police are asking people who do business on web site like craigs list to do business the right way, choose a spot outside of the police station. lets look at the video this robbery and shooting happened just before 11:00 last night, here at the rite aide on the 6300 block of lebanon in overbrook. police say man and woman from delaware county came here to buy an iphone six listed on craigs list. seller set the location which police say turnout to be a dark parking lot of this closed rite aide. investigators say when the pair arrived the 23 year-old man got out, took his honey out to make a purchase. that is when the souler pulled out a gun and tried to rob him. he struggled, victim ended upshot in the leg. he got back in his car and he drove to a kfc just blocks away to call police. victim's car was still there this morning. police are reminding people of the do's and don't's of craigs

weapon. when shooting happened in the 6300 block of crafton street about 6:00 o'clock last night. investigators say officers asked the man to put down the weapon and then shot him in the arm after he didn't comply. negotiations remain stalled this morning as faculty at 14 state universities enter day to second of the walk out. teachers how much the picket line at west chester university and some students joined them in solidarity. tens of thousands of students across the state arrived to empty classrooms. negotiations broke down late tuesday over health care, salary and adjunct professors. wednesday night the union says on its facebook page that the strike will even, when negotiators reach a contract. turning gears now in campaign 2016 donald trump and hillary clinton go head to head again in their final debate. >> with the election less than three weeks away both candidates hope the night convinced voters. weijia jiang is in las vegas with the highlights of the final on stage battle, weijia? >> reporter: jim and rahel, that it started calmy and it

welcome back. outpouring of support this morning after a sheriff's deputy is shot to death in northern california. it happened, yesterday, in a rural area, 31 year-old deputy jack hopkins was responding to a disturbance call when he was killed. authorities immediately detained a suspect, hopkins is the state's fourth law enforcement officer to die in the line of duty in just the last two weeks. also in california an english teacher convicted of sexually assaulting a teenager holds a razor out of his pocket and slashes his own throat this court. jeffery scott jones was rushed to the hospital yesterday after the incident yesterday in santa ana, an investigation is underway to find out how

the 56 year-old managed to get the blade past security. his injuries are not life threatening and jones is expected to recover. back here at home two men are in the hospital this morning after their small plane crash necessary camden county. now federal investigators are trying to figure out what happened. plane crashed in the backyard yesterday afternoon in the 500 block of east linden avenue in lindenwald. officials say lane split in two, trapping men inside but both are expected to survive. home owner dorothy williams said she was shocked to come home from work and find a plane in their back yard. >> i'm just prayer full that they both survived and that they didn't hit the house, and that, you know, they are going to recover well. >> now no one on the ground was hurt and no homes were damaged. county hazmat officials will be back at the crash site to make sure that no fuel was leaking from the wreckage. one person is dead and five more are hurt after a crane falls off a miami building. authorities say high rise was under construction when it
