asian american candidates. convicted former pennsylvania congressman chaka fattah forced small legal victory in his case. after reviewing post mile motions, judge throughout four bank and mail fraud charges gets fattah, still faces sentencing on 18 other counsel, and in june, orchestrating several fraud schemes for the campaign, personal spending forayed and advisors were also convicted. >> mike mcqueary might take the stands today. former assistant football coach says penn state retaliated against him because he testified against jerry sandusky in the child sex abuse trial. he said he witnessed him abuse ago child and reported it to the school. the fifth day of testimony before a jury. we now know the identify at this time good samaritans shot trying to stop a robbery in rittenhouse square. now, shot five times tuesday night, police say, the 39 year old hero intervened when 17 year old and another manna tempted to rob a young couple

at gunpoint. police have issued arrest warrant for the teenage suspect, who they say new the couple he was robbing. >> prosecutors charge a burlington township police officer with vehicular homicide in a deadly crash in flour end. officer justin rodriguez was off duty when his car struck an utility pole west front street september 23rd. the crash killed loan passenger with him. twenty-seven year old ariana williams of florence. prosecutors say blood sample showed rodriques drink excessive amounts of alcohol. rodriguez now suspended from the police force without pay. a group of drivers are suing the philadelphia police department over speeding tickets issued on i-95, the schuylkill, and the vine street expressway. lawyers say only the pennsylvania state police can write tickets on those roads, because only they have jurisdiction. the philadelphia police need an agreement with state police before writing ticket. now, if this goes forward it, could become class action suit. faculty on strike for the third day at 14 pennsylvania state university. union members and student

>> well company back, flames tear through and destroy california mansion. >> now, firefighters searching for one of the missing homeowners. the los angeles home went up in flames just after 8:30 last night. the 74 year old woman was rescued by firefighters. but a 84 year old man is still unaccounted for. at this time it is unclear what caused the fire. the city of philadelphia has a problem with youth homelessness. >> but now a new art installation and new government initiative aims to change that. the pop up installation of wifi cut outs around city hall is the product of covenant house, organization that helps the homeless. it is to spotlights large number of people ages 18 to 24, cut out of the shelter system. we have a huge problem. last year we served 512 young people, we turned away 546

for few days, but back to the 50's again next wednesday. >> more seasonable weather, katie, thank you so much. and looking outside right now, guys, all morning long this friday morning, had just kind of spring of problems, whether it is disabled vehicles or accidents, construction, right here, where we have some debris in the road 95 south around the airport, the report is that it was a ladder in the roadway, blocking two right lanes, plus, it is authorities see but standing off to the shoulder you can see the crewmen out of their vehicles, walking around, very near to the interstate. when you come around this curve right there, almost impossible to see that person. so just know they are out there. you can see the flashing lights obviously there is isn't going to be hard to spot. it will be the drivers of those vehicles out in the there, out of their cars, picking up the debris. heads up there. that will slow you down because of the people and debris. ninety-five south at cottman, looking around the cottman area. see brake light going on, no longer traveling around 55 miles per hour, always like to keep you there until more deeper into the 6:00 hour, specially on a friday, but that's not going to be the
