alexandria hoff was at west chester university, one of the affected schools, help the word came down and striking faculty walk off of the picket line. >> reporter: third day on the picket line for state run university faculty across pennsylvania, came with energy and expectations. >> hopefully things are moving closer to the end. we're thinking we are close to the even. >> reporter: those hopes were validated around 4:00 p.m. a tentative agreement between faculty union members and pennsylvania board of education was sealed with a smile, and put an end to a strike that has stalled learning and consumed campuses of 14 state run university, west chester being the largest. according to the pennsylvania association of state college and university faculty they were able to eliminate 249 contract changes proposed to them by the state, with full-time faculty members opt to go take less than the other bargaining unit state nothing part our primary goals were to preserve quality education for

laundromat were not working at the time of the incident. residents complained that increased drug use and crime has fracture the neighborhood and police tell us they have increased officers and support in that area. atlantic city police officer shot in the line of duty is getting better every day. two close friend talked to our cleve bryan, about his road to recovery, and the other ways his fellow brothers and sisters in blue are helping to support him. >> reporter: five weeks ago atlantic city police officer josh fidel gave a smile and thumbs up leading everyone know he was down but not out. >> one thing about josh is he is not a quitter. >> he was responding labor day weekend. after brain surgery he has been in full-time rehabilitation learning how to walk and recover from paralysis on his left side. >> basically put in the exoskeleton and computer teaching him movements just to headache that connection between his brain and legs and arms. >> it is unreal until you see it. >> reporter: officers jesse logan and daniel crammer are
