morning on south broad street. surveillance video shows that suspect walking with the brass railing, that union league officials say he removed with his bear hand. part of the building, staircase also collapsed. union league says it will replace stairs and railing as soon as possible. also in center city someone smash the front window of boyds on 18th and chestnut. police were called to that store around 4:45 after a burglar a alarm sounded. authorities say that in addition to that shattered window they found some window display and car bumper on the sidewalk. it is unclear if anything was taken from the store, it remains under investigation. former pennsylvania attorney general kathleen kane is out of jail on bail after serving about two hours of a ten to 23 month sentence for leaking grand jury documents. tonight, as kane appeals her conviction we are a closer look at the where she will serve time and what her life will be like behind bars.
