>> yes, i am. >> roads are being look good, nice and quiet, one accident and we'll get to. that will thankfully the weather is very, very quiet. it as little cool, a lot keep, let's be honest, will be a lot cooler today than it was yesterday. very tough to actually see that again in the wake of the colds front that came through last night. yes, little bit of erie view out there right now, guys, few streaks of clouds, as we look from palmyra cove nature park overlooking philadelphia, nice clearview, though, across the betsy ross bridge here, and we are in bit after chill at 47 right now, not too breezy here, but you will notice that, through the course of time, now looking at the loop that brought in the heavy thunderstorm last night, you got to go pretty far back in time, 5:00, 5:30 p.m. when the storms really start today get active but as time progressed, this only goes out until 11:00, we really clear things out quickly, so yes, little bit of breeze out of the north and north which is, close to 15 miles per hour, if not little higher, but regardless, it is at least clearing out, and we will be back from the

sunshine here today. so, bright, sunny, ghoul i shallly cooler, the closest thing to rhyming that i could find. so maybe not ghoul i shall, but cooler day, your high hitting 58 degrees. but we will see that sunshine out there later tonight, still hint of breeze, still stays clear for the kids, i would have extra layer ready underneath their costume. >> good luck trying to keep those kids focused today. they'll be so excited to go trick-or-treating. good morning, everyone, happy monday, to the vine, it was open, no closure for that construction, so looking good both moving in the westbound and eastbound side. you can see starting to build levels just ever so slightly but overall basically anywhere we look right now things are looking really good. take a look at this, blue route, taillights in the northbound direction before the schuylkill, you can see, both moving in the northbound and southbound side. looking really good anywhere that we look on the blue route, looking quiet. schuylkill taillights moving in the eastbound direction, at girard. so you can see headlights moving in the westbound direction, where we are starting to take ever so slightly but really no worries other than right here. we do have this accident,

the eagles went up by ten-point in the second half, that's carson wentz, to jordan matthews for the touchdown. wentz, now holds the eagles rookie record, for touchdown passes, but then the wheels come off. that's a fumble right there. the cowboys scored ten in the fourth, that's wendell smallwood on his only carry putting on the ground. cowboys would tie the game with three minute left. that is dez bryant, 22-yard touchdown from zach prescott over nolan carrot, over time we go. prescott looking like ten year vet. he scrambles, finds eagles killer jason whitton for the game winning score. eagles drop very, very winnable game, 29 to 23. don bell has players reaction from the big d. >> up ten points, on the road, in the fourth quarter. these are the kind of games you have to win. and the fact that the eagles fell short, well, this one hurt more than the other one. >> it is tough, man, you know? that's good football team over there. hey, we are going to take

know it is halloween. >> who does that? >> i don't know. tough one. >> a moment of silence. >> a moment of silence. >> for that game last night. >> pat, thank you. >> move on. well the clock is ticking we could be just hours a which from a septa strike. >> septa and the transport workers union head back to the barring and table today. justin finch is live in center city where negotiations will soon be underway. good morning, justin. >> reporter: rahel, jim, good morning, talks are set to resume very soon, 17th street sheridan, filled by days in, both sides today could either walk out with a deal or right back into their corners. now, should a strike happen, the post ers are printed for the 5,000 or so members of transport workers union local 234. their demand includes wages, improvements to working conditions, and the union vows to strike if no deal is reached with septa by midnight today. when their contract expires. the result could leave

thousands of us scrambling tomorrow morning, but, trolley and rail service on the broad street lines and market frankford line would be grounded, regional rail service will still run, their work remembers in a different union, but you are told to expect delays. the transport workers union has walk off before, of course, their 2009 strike, stemmed almost a week, in 1998, 40 days, this round talks began in july and the city is watching from riders to the mayor himself. >> if there is a strike, i hope it is not long. and if there isn't a strike it will be wonderful. >> concerning, people need to obviously get to work, school, mover around, you know, trying to keep our ear to the ground, as best we can to help out. >> and back live, you heard the mayor say that the city ready to step in, if needed, talks are set to resume, and about an hour or so, we are told, now, septa has put out its plan, they're saying, too, updates will common its

the southbound direction at cottman, what you are looking at, southbound starting to heat up just little bit so far on this early halloween morning. schuylkill headlights eastbound direction, at the blue route, you can see, it is actually looking real good here basically energy where on the schuylkill looking good. so eastbound-week schulkhill. big thumbs-up there. boulevard southbound push in the southbound direction, and as you approach the schuylkill, what you are looking at here, you can see kind of steady flow, typically what we see on monday morning at this exact same time. actually holding steady there on the boulevard, looking good, like i said, schuylkill once you jump on westbound looking good there, as well. accident first one, or first one, first every few we had this morning, other ones have cleared. still lingers erring out there, adams avenue, inner drive compromised right now, so heads i am on that. plus dealing with some construction, casino every used to, that morning construction, this is not yet cleared. northeast extension northbound between lansdale, quakertown, left lane blocked. then in the southbound direction between quakertown, lansdale, dealing with the right and left lane that's block. more to talk about in the world of construction coming
