septa may go to a judge to get an emergency order to get workers off the picket lines, and into work in time for election day, meantime, thousands will have to find other waste to work and school as effort here continue to strike a deal. now, awe we roll video here, details of closed door talks are going public. septa officials and local 234 president willie brown are now disclosing accounts of tension at the bargaining table, septa board chairman pat de own called out local 234, bus, train, trolley workers, saying its negotiators are prolonging the strike by refuse wag septa calls a deal back on wednesday, the union's counter was reportedly turned down. brown accounts to half truths saying he is not taking a deal, that would see members earn less money or benefits. of course workers tensions, healthcare, wages, and working conditions, and so far, not much movement. the strike now on day four,

why wouldn't have you that sort of energy? we're here with the commit app, they get prepared for the special olympics event. couple of peak we need to talk to. good morning. >> good morning. >> so give us a little bit of backgrounds as far as the special olympics here at villanova? >> fall festival at villanova is the largest student run special olympics event in the world. we're expecting more than 5,000 volunteers, and over 1,100 special olympics athletes come into campus from around pennsylvania this weekend. >> that's pretty incredible. so, thousands of athletes, thousands of volunteers, all over the campus there is weekends. give us little run down what we will see if we come out smear. >> absolutely. competing in six different sports, also have athletes can get free health screenings. there is olympic village in our quad. a lot of energy on campus. all of the student get involved. >> awesome. when does it officially kick move. >> this morning, kicks off this morning, now, you can obviously volunteer, and you should, because it is a good thing to do, and we'll talk more about that, matt, my man.
