we're looking outside right thousand great news for those taking the vine it is opened right now. we are seeing schuylkill and broad. both moving in the west and eastbound direction we're looking good. now we're just cracking in the 5:00 o'clock hour and we are seeing a lot of the vehicles out there. what that could tell us is it could be busier then what we would typically say and i will say that because as strike ended that has alleviated some tension but not all of it. we are starting to see it build on the vine, so heads up in delaware county. i-95 north, 452 up around airport area you can see this is what it is looking like there. airport is looking pretty good. a couple friend that were taking off today. airport looking g we are starting to build in delaware county as well. i-95 south betsy ross bridge this is what we are looking at here. basically anywhere we look will be in the 5:00 o'clock hour. we are seeing levels build and it could be for a very busy day to day. the bus, trolleys, subways we are back to normal and also for those who may be missed it

"eyewitness news" reporter trang do was in election central with more on the most expensive u.s. senate campaign ever. good morning, trang. >> reporter: good morning, we saw those attack ads every where between the two campaigns, more than 160 million-dollar spent, still was not enough for democrats to unseat pat toomey. from his lehigh county election night headquarters, senator toomey declared victory over democratic challenger katie mcginty by a margin of a hundred thousand votes. toomey admitted it was a hard for the race. >> this was a tough campaign. this was quite a battle. there was an all time record amount of money spent against

actually tried to get out, getaway but he was eventually caught. police are trying to figure out what caused a car to crash this is building late last night in delaware county. chopper three was over cvs pharmacy on route 320 in swarthmore. car went through a wall and window at 10:00 o'clock last night. there were no injuries reported. another car hit a wall in west philadelphia just after 12:30 this morning. one man in his 30's is in stable condition at presbyterian hospital after the crash at forty-fourth and haverford. no word on the extent of his injuries, it is also not clear what caused this crash. all right. very happy hump day to everyone. lets get over to katie because we will need an umbrella today. we are lasting long enough rain and persistent long enough that it will warrant that extra step. let's show thaw actual radar here and it is only at this point starting to move in our far western suburbs. leading edge of the rain that

is. you can see within this, a couple of pockets of steadier rain and not facing any kind of really soaking direction rain out of this but you don't want to get stuck without your umbrella. i do think you will need at least an extra five minutes depending on where your travels take you. hopefully you have, forsite to set the alarm early or skip a step on your morning routine but this front will be passing through no matter how you land for it and we will have to deal with some showers throughout the day. in the wake you can see skies are just shoot sailing, completely clear skies, at that point, temperatures in the lower 50's from philadelphia to trenton. we've got 40's elsewhere. we're still off to a mile start for the standard. we will drop off more before the sun comes up, off to the south, we have milder a your in birmingham, little rock but you can see that darker blue shade begin to show in the contour happen. that is some cold air that will be coming in the wake of the coal front moving through now, so we've got 30's in omaha, bismarck and list goes on and reenforcement come in
