to have caught early. health officials say they've identified nearly 150 cases of this bacterial infection across multiple states, some of them in our region. >> after weeks of investigation, multiple states say 149 cases of the bacterial infection, a germ typically found in soil and water. as of last week there are country 52 cases of this bacterial infection in new jersey, 26 in pennsylvania, and four in delaware. the rest were found in new york and maryland. the centers for disease control and prevention have linked the multi state outbreak to pre-filled syringes, from the texas based company, nurse assist, which voluntarily recalled those products, in early october. >> it is likely that there is some problem in the manufacturing of the salt water syringes and in that the salt water is not adequately sterilized. >> most of the confirm case haves been in patients at long-term care or rehabilitation facilities,

tonight. then into tomorrow morning, here is eight, 9:00 a.m., into 11:00 a.m., pockets of steadier rain, there as chance this could stay further to the east, expect to wake up to bit of wet and soggy commute. by tomorrow afternoon or evening some breaks in the cloud cover. it will try to clear out. so what to expect, showers at times, that's overnight, mainly through tuesday morning, the steadiest will be southeast of philadelphia. so eastern new jersey, southeastern delaware, that's where you will see the steadiest rain amounts, generally around carpet err of an inch, probably less in philadelphia, in fact, two main models kind every split, gfs has just over quarter of an inch, euro .7 inches in the city with higher amounts south and east. over night your low 45. mostly cloud which showers developing. morning showers tomorrow, then staying mainly cloudy. maybe few breaks of blue sky in the afternoon. but the good news is after tomorrow morning, you can ditch that umbrella you can put it pretty far away, also put it with the heavy coat. we have warm upcoming wednesday, still seasonable, 62 degrees, on thursday, if that sounds wonderful wait
