"eyewitness news" david spunt is live near the scene with more on the car police are now locking for. david? >> reporter: jessica, it is a sad story, i'm at 63rd and lansdowne in overbrook. police are looking for that driver. this happened a little bit after 3:00 this afternoon. they're hoping somebody coming forward with information. >> a single candle marks the spot where a little girl was hit by a driver who then took off >> that's sad. that's so sad. >> frank johnson works across the street from the scene at 63rd and lansdowne. he watched things unfold around 3:15 friday. >> it was crowd around here when i parked. i found out the little girl got killed. >> reporter: a suspect drove a gray or silver ultima

last night. investigators say the homeowner shot and killed kelvin who she thought was an intruder. he had just returned from a business trip and may have been trying to surprise the homeowner. the sister called it a tragic accident >> she wasn't expecting him to be coming to the house that soon. he had told her that he was on the george washington bridge but actually she was on the phone with him. >> authorities say no charges have been filed and the investigation is ongoing. a claymont delaware man is facing numerous charges including stalking while in possession of a deadly weapon. this is suspect. 44-year-old brian glass. police say they found him dressed in black. that home belongs to man having a relationship with someone glass knows and that the man asked to be escorted only by

police due to threats. employees say glass was armed with a handgun, a baton, who pairs of brass knuckles and five knives. a vote tonight, the union representing septa workers ratified the new contract that end week-long strike. transport workers union 234 says the deal increases union wages by ten and a half percent over five years and septa tells "eyewitness news" the chairman or vice chairman will now approve the contract. new developments in sandusky's quest for a new trial. judge recused himself. senior judge john cleeland stepped aside. sandusky's lawyers raised objections to his role in a december, 2011 meeting in a hotel the night before sandusky waived a preliminary hearing. so far, there's no time table for a replacement to be named. sandusky a former football coach
