active crime scene, investigation entering around that silver looking jeep, you see there, in the parking lot. you may not be able to see it from this angle, but it is riddled with bullets. and earlier today, we saw that the parking lot was just covered with those shell casings, and those evidence markers, that investigators have since pick up here, when our photographer arrived, this shooting occurred just around 2:00, and basically he saw dozens of distraut family members, and here in the parking lot, just wondering what has happened. what we've been seeing so far this morning is just investigators with shopping bags that were left in the parking lot around this scene here. now, this is "black friday", one of the busiest shopping days of the year, slowly as the morning has progressed we've seen numerous shoppers just waking up, coming here to do their "black friday" shopping, and just being completely shocked by the scene here.

>> we want a check on the weather right now. >> yes, how is it looking out there? >> not looking too bad. we do have a lot of cloud cover out there. what it does is limit the cooling that will take place through the overnight. you kind of want a blanket of cloud cover, as opposed to that type sky. it means the temperatures are terribly hash shall for us, looking at storm scan locally, no problem. this is what we are looking at when it is just the radar. the tri-state sweep being made, not finding anything. zoom out one time you will find more cloud cover out there. although, trying to erode in a couple of spot. so starting to clear out little more readily up toward the mountains, see at least few peaks every sunday along the way here, but overall, this is still mostly cloudy day. and there also be a potential for wet weather later on today toward evening specially. as we take you out to live neighborhood network, shot of pleasant valley middle and high school, school not in sewings for so many folks here today, regardless expecting everywhere including the camera shot to see more clouds than anything.

"black friday" isn't just on friday's any more. the deals start on thanksgiving. shoppers filled cherry hill mall last night, the stores opened 6:00 sharp. some department stores evening opening up earlier. some folks left the dinner table early hoping to catch that bargain, more importantly, hoping to sleep in this morning. >> we once got up really early at like 4:00 in the morning and said we would never do that again. >> i tried to convince her to get up early tomorrow morning and she didn't want to do that. >> well, cherry hill mall has been open since last night. retailers like tj max, home depo, chose not to open on thanksgiving, to give the employees time to spend with their family.

>> you can find local mall hours today and the entire holiday season on our website cbsphilly.com. meantime, funeral arrangements are in the planning stages for when a tv's most popular moms. florence henderson watched over her brady bunch for years, in prime time, even longer in re-runs. the broadway and tv start died last night at a los angeles hospital, of heart failure, her career gannon broadway, but it was as mrs. brady that henderson found lasting fame. as a mom to blended family of three daughters, three sons. she also hosted a cooking show and wrote a book. florence henderson was 83 years old. >> a two year old this morning is in the hospital after a cousin shot him with a gun. police say the four year old shot his two year old cuss wayne 40 caliber automatic handgun at a ninth street home in kensington yesterday. authorities say the bullet went through the toddler's hand and into his torso. the two year old was put into the police cruiser and returned to temple hospital. >> well, our main concern of course is for the two year

old, but also we want to know how this four year old was able to get ahold of this gun that was loaded. >> police tell "eyewitness news" that it appears the gun belongs to the mother. the four year old was taken into pro tuck tiff custody. at last check the two year old is in critical condition. >> firefighters battle house fire on mulberry street, in philadelphia's frankford section. responders were called out just before 8:00 last night. philadelphia firetrucks rushed to the scene at mulberry and plum streets in frankford placing the blaze under control, and in less than a half hour. no injuries have been reported, and there is no word on a cause. >> 6:08 now. no arrest haves been made in connection with package bomb that seriously injured a man on tuesday. we spoke with the victim's 06 year old jim aldan over the phone. he said he's lucky to be alive. bomb went off as he opened a package inside his center city apartment on 18th street and pine, a, he said the explosion severed his left ring finger

happened at the popular holiday shopping day. one dead, one remaining on the scene, dozen ends every shell casings remain in the parking lot. live report from trang do coming up at 30:00. >> stop what you are doing, check out the video, driver in los angeles jumps out of move window of moving car. the incident taking place less than 24 hours ago, after the lapd chased the man down and plowed into his vehicle, police initially followed the vehicle, because it was connect today a chase of assault, the deadly weapon on a police officer. >> man check dollars possible charged today, he led officer on high speed chase near pittsburgh, that ended in a deadly crash. three people including a child were killed, yesterday, when police say the suspect ran a red light, and hit two cars. the suspect's car then burst into flames, and investigators say the suspect took off after he was stopped for illegal turn, but also was wanted on drug charges. >> california mother of two has been found alive three

weeks after she was abducted while jogging. thirty-four year old sherrie was found in the community, about 150 miles from where she disappeared. police say she was still bound when found near an i5 exit ramp. they say she was released by her captors who police say were two armed women in an s.u.v., her family is overjoyed that she's been found. >> her husband keith was immediately notified, i believe it was california highway patrol was able to use their cell phone and connect sherrie in cell phone communication with her husband. >> now, authorities are offering more than $100,000 in reward money for information in connection to her abduction. >> such a bizarre story. the question this morning: katie, you need a jacket if you're headed taught do some holiday shopping? >> it depend who you are, and how cold you get. it sort of just like all

right, are you in a mad rush running on adrenyline to get from your car into the mall here? maybe you can get get away witht it. maybe headed to the slopes here today? ski resorts are opening up today like jack frost, big boulder. this is blue mountain we are looking at. i would suggest a jacket then. looking out here you have some snow on the slopes, definitely looking forward to the beginning of the ski season for so many folks. soap, you know, at least in that regard, i don't see any natural snow on the way, any time soon. rather, it just is status quo for the next couple of days. we are expect to go see couple of renmant showers rolling on through, at some point later today, mainly into the evening, looking at storm scan locally, just clouds right now, wide zoom though does show obviously off to the north, still the pockets of left over moisture. see some of it rotate through as we get into the even time frame, again, let me track tis for you more specifically, okay? more than anything, i think we'll see couple of breaks in the cloud cover for sunlight, more than anything, it is a cloudy day. then you get sort of late

verse cleaned up the scene, pretty well here, just removing the police tape that covered up much of this parking lot, as well as all of the evidence markers we saw, just going through my shot there, the tow truck with a silver jeep, riddled with bullet holes, believe to be involved in the shooting but take a look at video of the scene from earlier this morning. this shooting came in around 2:00 a.m. when our photographer arrived on scene, he said it appeared that a person had been fatally shot, he also saw numerous distraut family members in the parking lot, trying to also figure out what happened. now, as the morning progresses here, the more and more people are waking up and coming to the mall to start their "black friday" shopping and just stunned at the at the whole scene here. >> well, i am speechless. i don't know what to say. it is like i come here, to do my "black friday" shopping, and i saw all of those cars and cops and it is my first

the things that i consume a lot of it is very acidic. the enamel on my teeth was actually weakening. the whiteness wasn't there as much. my teeth didn't look as healthy as others. my dentist said that pronamel would help fight against that erosion that foods and drinks were causing. so it was really important to start using the pronamel. it'll be one less thing you have to worry about. pronamel is now giving me the confidence to know that i'm doing the right thing. so it's nice to know that it's as simple as that. ♪
