forward hospital to be check out. but here's what we do know about what happened. just after 1:30 these officers were on routine patrol near k and venango. they saw what looked like a man break nothing to a honda park outside a garage. police say he was already in the car when officers approach, chief inspector scott small says man started punching, kicking and head butting the officers when they tried to take into custody. he bit both in the hand and arm breaking their skin and drawing blood. >> anytime, someone is bit, a human bite, it is potentially very dangerous. it has to be thoroughly cleaned. and this particular three two-year old suspect who was arrested is well men to the police in the area for not only selling drugs but for also doing drugs. >> reporter: despite those injuries those officers were able to take that man in custody. this man he faces charges of resisting arrest, aggravated

husband of the woman abducted in callus revealing horrific details of her captivity and injuries. >> as joe vasquez there her sister station in san francisco reports, sherry papiti was found chain and beaten thanksgiving morning. >> new details are very disturbing. her husband keith now says his wife was beaten so badly her face was disfigured. he says that she was seared with a branding iron. sherry papiti husband braced him before the horrifying moment wow see his wife again n a statement he writes my first sight with my wife was in a hospital bed her face covered in bruises ranging from yellow to black because of repeated beatings. bridge of her nose broken. november 2nd sherry papini was on her way to pick up her two young children age two and four but then she disappeared. cell phone and headphones were found a mile from her home. after a massive search lasting three weeks, sherry papini was

dozens of people made it into a storm shelter when survived the storm. while a community center right next door was destroyed. katie joins us now so much severe weather this week. >> yes, this storm system just basically has had it all, we are not going to find any snow or ice here, it is too warm for that but we have had that with this storm across northern high lanes, dakotas and minnesota area. they have had severe weather. this is that time of the year. we have two separate seasons in the fall and also in the springtime, and, yeah, we are once again, looking at some additional round of locally damaging storms. we have a thin line like this, we are talking very significant uplift and definitely, a lot of instability to work with. so across central and lower louisiana now and up into alabama, mississippi we are finding very strong storms at this hour but you can see moisture that is just being funneled up our area towards us here, in advance of this.

so eventually the rain is going to redevelop here, it is pretty close to delaware right the now, i was given it another couple hours, as early as seven, mainly past eight or 9:00 o'clock is when rain gets underway. here's what is up we have a storm system carving out a trough in the jet stream and you see that instability, clash in the atmosphere to get that going for heavier damaging thunderstorms but moisture just gets push our way in advance of all that. that is why rain has been so heavy, since yesterday and it will be again today. next couple hours fine mist, fine drizzle and fog but by seven or eight or closer to 9:00 a.m. for rest of us, we will end up with these round have locally local rain. not saying it is widespread wash out but there are heavier round of rain anytime throughout the day and again another more widespread batch tonight, and that looks like it will linger here, as actual cold front crosses for good portion of the overnight. you height wake up to some rumble of thunder here in the early morning hours.
