feel the chill across the delaware valley with arctic air on route. tonight we'll have the coldest air of the season arrive, chilly right now, 44 degrees in philadelphia, 42 allentown, still hanging on to the freezing mark in mount pocono, and winds are now starting to pick up around ten to 15 miles per hour. as we head into the second half of the your afternoon, those wind will stay elevated, so feels like temperatures, down into the 30's right now, in philly. twenty's in the poconos. feeling more like 38 degrees, with that breeze right now in wildwood. as i mention, we hang on to the breeze evening into the evening hours, by the 9:00 hour temperatures falling back to the 30's, so windchills will take a big dive. clear sky conditions, not worried about precipitation, in combination with these cold temperatures tonight, we fall back into the 20's, for the first time this season, in philadelphia. 28 degrees, down at 26 in the lehigh vale, we lit the freezing mark down the shore, and in some cases even colder than that. 21 degrees your overnight low in the pong no, sir. arctic blast, continues, into the upcoming weekend, with

who perished in the oakland warehouse fire. prior to the silence, california congressman, barbara lee fought back tears as she took time to honor the victims as well as first responders. in the meantime, investigators plan to examine that building's electrical system as they try to pinpoint the cause of the fire. according to investigators, the fire started on the ground floor and smoke quickly spread to the second floor trapping victims. their only way out through the flames. officials confirmed there were no fire alarms or sprinklers inside. the investigation is expected to continue for several more weeks. >> president-elect donald trump bridges his so-called thank you tour to pennsylvania, a week from today. he'll be in hershey next thursday. today, however, correspondent kennel craig shows us the president-elect facing questions about his deal to keep jobs in indianna and more questions about one of his newest nominees. >> president-elect donald

trump slammed union leader on twitter, mr. trump announced a deal last week of the plan that would save jobs from being out sourced to mexico. >> actually the numbers over 1100 people which is so great, which is so great. >> but chuck jones, the head of the union at the plant, says 550 jobs are still being sent to mexico. and 350 of the jobs weren't saved because they were never at risk. >> if you're dealing with people's livelihoods, you sure ought to know what the numbers are. >> trump responded saying jones has done horrible job representing workers and if the union was any good, they would have saved those jobs. the twitter messages may be over shadowing the announcement of the president-elect pick to head the environmental protection agency. the president-elect picked oklahoma attorney general, scott pry it, pry it helped lead the charge against president obama's climate change policy. and he describes himself on linked in as a leading advocate against the epa's activist agenda.
