philadelphia's frankford section, following a fatal shooting. >> the distraught and just flooded with emotion a family members learned of his relative's murder. twenty-eight shell casings found around the body on the 1400 block of adams avenue. police plea of man was targeted. right now they are in the the process of recovering surveillance video from nearby businesses. and another deadly shooting, also in frankford one man shot the to death last night and another seriously injured, chopper three over 5,000 block of frankford avenue, police tell eyewitness news that the man died after he was shot in the chest and back. other victim was rushed to the hospital where he is in critical condition, so far, no arrests. bill cosby will be back in court this morning for a second day of his retrial hearing. >> prosecutors argue that several other women with similar allegations against the comedian should be heard in court. judge to bar the other cosby accusers from testifying at his upcoming spring trial. they are expected to attack these women, the credibility and relevance today. bill cosby, back in montgomery county court today for second day of his pretrial hearing, first day was testy from the the start. judge steven o'neill often warning the prosecution and defense to maintain decor um after shouting matches erupted inside the courtroom. the prosecution wants the why to allow testimony from 13 cosby accusers at the comedian 's upcoming trial, montgomery county district attorney kevin steel says their testimony will show cosby had a long history of drugging and molesting women. lawyers from both sides clashed yesterday over the identification of those women, the defense wanting all of their names made public, prosecutors suggesting that cosby's lawyers were just trying to intimidate them. ultimately judge ruled cosby's attorneys could name 11 of the accusers since they already told their stories publicly. cosby is now facing felony

sexual assault charges accused of drugging and molesting former temple university employee andrea constand and at his cheltenham mansion in 2004. a prosecutor at the time declined to file charges but since the case reopened about 50 women have come forward with similar accusations against the 79 years old. now the defense is also questioning the motivation of these women. the as for bill cosby he has always denied any wrongdoing saying any sexual contact was always consensual. it will be up to the judge to decide how many of these women if any of them can testify, this cosby trial is scheduled for june of next year. we are reporting live, this morning jan carabao for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". rahel and jim, back to you. >> thanks for that update. a preliminary hearing for bucks county man charged with killing his own mother. police say 30 year-old zachary cope confessed to the murder. five two-year old rebecca cope was found dead inside her home in lower makefield. cope is charged with criminal

years old adam lanza walk in the elementary school and killed 20 children, and six adults. lanza killed his mother before that rampage, and killed himself, afterward. new dna testing is plan in the jonbenet ramsey case. boulder police and prosecutors are looking at new technology that they hope will further the investigation of the un solved murder of the six year-old. move comes after an investigation by two denver news organizations, discovered flaws in previous dna testing. the tests would also to tap into an fbi database that includes genetic profiles for more than 15 million known offenders. jonbenet was found dead in her basement the day after christmas in 1996. investigation continues as authorities try to figure out what caused a deadly warehouse fire in oakland, california. over a week after the ghost ship went up in flames killing 36 people, investigators held a press conference to announce they still have not figured out what caused the fatal fire
