north at cottman, left lane blocked. overall a lot of this, crews out there, they are starting to get some of this pick up. but just heads up, it is going to start to slow you down, if not all pick up. i would say around 5:30, on a monday morning, probably when it will start to get busier. ben franklin bridge, looking great. looking gorgeous if you push in the westbound direction toward center city. no problems there. great company if you have to head out early this morning, and then delaware, 95 north between 141, 295, left lane blocked, that will be blocked until right now, and also, route one, both direction action at route 72, on and off-ramps closed between seven a.m. and 4:30, rahel, back over to you. >> meisha, thank you. we have some break cents news to get to. fire at assisted living facility in moorestown, new jersey, this is on 12900 block of purse street. smoke began from the boiler room. that forced many residents from their rooms, into another section of the building. the situation is now under control. it appears that no one was hurt. police are trying to

identify two people killed in a fiery crash on the boulevard last night. "eyewitness news" reporter trang do live in the northeast with more on what led up to this crash. trang, good morning. >> reporter: well, good morning, rahel, there is 45-mile per hour speed limit here on this section of the boulevard. police say they see far too many similar accidents, just lick this one, now, there were many witnesses to this accident, including, two off duty police officers traveling in the same direction as this accident, they say that the car was going well above the speed limit here. take a look at some of the video we shot last night here. this accident happened around 9:00 p.m., on the roosevelt boulevard, near woodward street. police say a school bus headed northbound on the boulevard, stopped at a red light. that's when 2,000 silver america sad east traveling extremely fast smashed into the back of the bus, and then caught fire. the driver of the bus, a 40 year old woman, was not hurt. fortunately, there were no passengers on the bus, as she told police that she had dropped off about 28 teenage tears nearby church just minutes before the accident. but there were two people

inside that mercedes. >> it rearended the school bus with such impact it, caused the mercedes to actually go underneath the rear bumper of the school bus. that impacter apparently killed both the male driver and the female passenger. had he were -- they were killed instantly. >> back out here live, see some medical equipment left here in the median, as well as scattered across the roadway. so far police have not yet released the names of the syringe tips. but for now, live in the northeast, i'm trang do, cbs-3, "eyewitness news", rahel, back to you. trang, thank you. remembering a life, community gather in philadelphia overbrook section to honor little girl killed in a hit-and-run. prayers and moment of silence at the intersection of 53rd street and lansdowne avenue. a family and friends came together and jayanna powell's

police have identify add man they say opened fire in a hospital. police identify the shooter as hacek woodward. they say woodward shot him in the leg, a patient in the hospital on thursday, but, police are unsure why he returned. no one else was injured. and the hospital has since resumed to normal operations. >> this is troubling story. police offering $20,000 reward for information in the shooting dealt of three year old boy, in little rock arkansas, toddler on shopping trip with his grandmother, when driver opened fire, on

the grandmother's car. police say the shooter was angry because he apparently wasn't moving fast enough at a stop sign. they rushed the three year old to the hospital where he died. one year old child was also inside the vehicle at the time but escaped unharmed. >> large barn fire in ken tub i killed nearly two dozen horses over the weekend, but as the flames rose, ran into the barn to try to save some of the animals. more than 36 horses were staying inside the barn, when the flames broke out. the barn collapsed around workers as they tried to free some of the animals, at least 23 horses did die. >> i think we've brought in 12 or 13 so far. we are area still hoping to find more out there, searching the field, in case some we haven't found yet. >> investigators are unsure how the fire started, but workers row equine center believe lightning may be to blame. >> today is expected to be the busiest mailing day of the year. the us postal service is expecting to move about 750 million packages, throughout the holiday season. that's increase of 12% from

avenue 5:00 yesterday, 5:00 this morning, 29. big drop there. 22 degrees colder. that's not even factoring in the wind. it does feel like upper teens, low 20's, for the wind schil value. here are the actual numbers, 25 in reading, freezing this hour, in dover, probably dropping another degree or two before we hit sunrise. temperatures struggle to get back up above freezing this afternoon, could be worse though. there is the true arctic air. look at chicago, minus eight, not factoring in the wind. cleveland, 16. we don't get this cold, but at least we get glancing blow of the arctic air. about 24 hours of it, then starts to move out tomorrow. still, some cloud cover over us, that was yesterday's front, that brought showers in here late in the day, helped drop the temperatures. those clouds do thin out this afternoon. we will be quiet. mostly sunny skies, clear, no problems tonight, if you have travel plans, middle of the week, looks good. high pressure really dominating much of the eastern half of the us. overall conditions are pretty good. most of the road and into the skies leading up to the
