"eyewitness news" reporter greg argos is live in bucks county where investigators just released new information, greg. >> reporter: that is right there, jessica. that girl's mother in jail for obstructing justice and child endangerment but she has not been charged with this killing meanwhile investigators say they need your help to solve this case. sarah packer, a 14 year-old girl's adopted mother, reported her, adopted daughter grace packer mentioned to abington police on july 11th of this year but investigators say she acted suspiciously ever since. kevin steel, montgomery county district attorney says packer has in the been helpful with the investigation. she took months to provide police pictures of her missing daughter. she failed to tell police she moved from abington to bucks county and she even continued to collect her daughter an "s" social security checks after police knew that she was dead. hunters discover grace's dis membered remained on october 31st, and now all three counties, top law

>> many kid love sports, they can be fun, and healthy, but, science is showing that many of the injuries are related to over use. tennis players can end up with a lot of shoulder, elbow injuries, so can swimmers. any sport where the same body parties used over and over again can be a problem. >> they are doing repetitive motions, over and over and more vigorous way. that is leading to increased injuries. in a formative time when they are not developing. >> reporter: doctor daniel morecy says over specialization, kid to go just one sport, can be very dangerous. >> in soccer we see a lot of hamstring injuries, there is actually an increase in concussion in soccer, and there is also stress, stress- related injuries. >> in today's society a lot of coaches, and parents like to have the kids specialize in one sport. they want them to concentrate on one sport.

below average, tuesday's high was only 34 degrees. yesterday was very close to normal. we will spike up to the 50's today, tomorrow we may hit back to the 40's but then spikes again. we're talking 50's by christmas day, and then into early next week. you can put heavy winter gear away for now, and there is still plenty of winter to go. we have not approached coldest part of the year yet so don't start giving up on snow or anything like that we have plenty of chances but just not christmas weekend. next few days lots of sun tomorrow, saturday starts wet we will clear it out late saturday and gorgeous on sunday. here's what i'm concerned about saturday morning, take a look when precipitation gets in. we are in the low to mid 30's in the north and western suburbs. late rain to start but as temperatures are close enough to freezing in the colder spots it could be ice, i don't think it is a big deal but we will then rise to the 40's every where with rain especially mid to late morning , right into the early afternoon on saturday. tonight, 31. tomorrow 47 the high with lots of sun, beautiful christmas day it will be, 50 degrees,
