is to parents dropping their kid off here at cherry hill mall, coming up in just about one hour. for now we are live at cherry hill hall i'm greg argos for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". in other news montgomery county mother was considered a person of interest in the death of her teenage daughter has been released from jail after posting bail. forty-one year old sarah packer was released friday after spending two months in the montgomery county correctional facility. packer still facing child endangerment and obstruction of justice charges. the dismembered remains of her daughter four year-old grace packer were found from two hunters in the park on halloween. in bethlehem, pennsylvania a man is facing murder charges tonight. police say he killed his own, four year-old son, and the child's mother, who was once a high school teacher. where prosecutors, outlined a very disturbing case against him. they claimed that he strangled both his ex-girlfriend and their four year-old child, and then left, them in the the apartment, for days, not letting on to authorities, over the christmas holiday while he partied. well, people that knew him, somewhat vaguely and lived inside bethlehem, said there was never any trouble here. >> in bethlehem, pennsylvania, no answer was as we stopped at apartment where police say man accused in a manhattan double murder lived. he is 23 year-old isaac duran infante, nypd alleged that the lehigh valley man fatally strangled his ex-girlfriend and then killed the couple's four year-old son miguel, who was found inside a bathtub. investigators say durant infante was in new york, and they claim he was tired of paying child support and that he didn't approve of the way that she was raising four

year-old miguel. back in bethlehem, was there any activity here, did you see any detectives or police. >> oh, yes, there were detectives. >> reporter: merion bows say she saw durant infante infrequently there was a business to the grizzly double homicide, police say the detectives say was fired four years ago from her job at new york city public school teacher, after it was revealed , that she conduct a sexual relationship with durant infante when he was a teenager. police say in part of the durant infante confession she said she had been interfering with a new relationship. neighbors were disgusted, to hear about the case, with ties to bethlehem. >> oh, my goodness, i lived next to them. that is terrible. >> reporter: once again prosecutors say that durant infante, confessed in this vicious double murder, and now , local police need

some new clues from family, we have not gotten any updates from the hamilton township police tenth, which is leading this investigation in, fact, no new updates in the last two days. what we know is that 71 year-old barbara and her five-year old great granddaughter, le myra have been missing since christmas eve when they were last seen the an exxon gas station 30 miles in richmond, virginia briley told a clerk that she was lost trying to head to north carolina to visit family and then clerk helped her set gps in her phone. a source tells wtvr, cbs a fill yacht that she gave up a brief signal about 45 miles south of the richmond. so state and local police as well as briley's family scoured that area over last couple days but they have not found anything. sources say barbara briley's debit card was used at a atm in mays landing but there is no information about when. barbara's grandson deandre talked to me today after police talk to him about that
