over 5,000 missing children. the right person has to see it. obviously distribution through the media and websites and our photo partners all help to get these children recovered and these images recognized. i would say your fine artist is probably your best artist for this type of work. someone who is very comfortable creating or working with the face and notices a lot of detail. it's proven itself. it does work. alex: the national center for missing and exploited children has this telephone hotline for tips and information about missing individuals. don't go away. i'm natasha brown. the gunman accused of killing at least 39 people at an istanbul night club remains on the loose at this hour. 70 others were injured. so far, there's been no claim of responsibility. jake raak's family spoke out earlier. joe holden picks up the story to he here. >> reporter: he was inside that night club when a loan gunman came and in started firing. he's recovering tonight in an istanbul hospital. >> germany tv captures jake raak being loaded while explaining to reporters what happened inside an istanbul night club. the raak family confirms he was among the wounded. shot once the bullet ricocheted off his cell phone and hit his

majority of area, including philadelphia and surrounding counties from 4:00 a.m. till 8:00 a.m. in or around in philadelphia till 10:00 a.m. in the lehigh valley. until 2:00 p.m. in the poconos as we could see pockets of freezing rain with these temperatures currently nearing that freezing mark or at freezing, below freezing in berks county, well below in the poconos and get and on the and on the the 95 corridor. temperatures won't be cooling too much more. it will gradually warm as we head to the late overnight period and early tomorrow morning but that rain will arrive by sunrise across much of the area, we could, indeed, see teams of freezing rain and dreary especially northwest of the city and in the interior suburbs in new jersey. also light and steady rain continuing throughout the day on monday after that freezing threat comes to an we understand. we could see slippery conditions in combination with that glaze of ice and also with the rain that will continue fairly steady through the day tomorrow.

recovering at the hospital after suffering severe burns at his southampton township home earlier. outside of the man's home on the 300 block of orchard lane as medics air lifted him to temple hospital. neighbors tell us he was burned by a fire pit he had started. the investigation into exactly what happened is ongoing. "eyewitness news" here on the scene of a fatal hit-and-run early sunday morning. police say the accident happened around 1:30 at chew avenue and marvine street in olney. the driver left the scene and the victim died. police caught up with the driver few blocks away. that person is facing dui and other charges as well. president-elect trump will have upgraded equipment when he does take office three weeks from now. president obama ordered his staff to purchase all new computers and install faster
