neighborhoods on alert, police are investigating a string of lewd acts in two separate south jersey, communities and it is all cases suspect is name driving around in the jeep. in one case name man chased after teenage girls. good evening, i'm ukee washington. i'm jessica dean. eye witt the necessary news reporter greg argos is live where police are searching for suspect in this strange crime, greg. >> reporter: jessica, this guy was spotted once here in evesham township, two other times in medford township and as you mentioned it is what he is lack nothing clothing that has everyone concerned. two towns, three locations, and one suspicious guy. >> one of the incidents subject drove past the person, came back again, and then proceeded to get out of the vehicle. >> reporter: medford township police are looking for a man they say drives around a late model black jeep patriot. >> has a white sticker in the

rear. >> more memorable this guy. >> white male, he is heavy set and excessive body hair. >> reporter: is completely name. >> at this point we have had no report of him being aggressive toward anyone or making contact with anyone at this point but i don't know, anything is possibly suppose. >> reporter: medford police say he was spotted once in late november on high bridge boulevard in somerton square and here in december 20th on huntington circle. both of those sightings were reported to police in the past few days. evesham township a similar situation happened on december d guy ran towards two teenage girls. >> sick. that is what i think about it. >> reporter: neighbors are on high alert hoping this guy get cause quickly. are you keeping an extra eye out right now. >> i have been, yes, definitely. i mean, you know, especially i'm small, little. >> keeping our eye on it, talking to my neighbors and making sure they are aware. >> reporter: once again, this suspect is described as an overweight, white male in, his 30's to 40's, he is clean

o'clock hour coming there london, of course, in istanbul earlier this morning. thirty-nine people killed in this attack, authorities still looking for the attacker, isis has claimed responsibility. it was a chaotic scene, new years attack at a club in istanbul, turkey. many were people that were killed, and 11 people were locals that were killed. raak told a news organization in an news interview that he pretended he was already wounded and just tried to be as still as possible but he ended up being shot, he made it out alive, authorities took him into care as soon as possible. this morning he spoke to news crews at an airport in istanbul. >> i don't want to talk about what happened inside the club but i want to say, you know, this is a very good country and it is so unfortunate that this is happening to you guys. i really feel for everybody here. >> raak lives in delaware but original willly from delaware

county and has family in the chadds ford area i spoke to his hotter by phone just about an hour and a half ago and she tells me she cannot wait to see her son to make sure he's completely safe. reporting live from philadelphia international i'm david spunt for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". the "cbs evening news" will have much more on the night club massacre in turkey, including a report from istanbul, coming up at 6:30 right here after "eyewitness news". a pennsylvania state police trooper killed in the line of duty will be laid to rest this week. funeral services for london weaver are scheduled for wednesday and thursday in altoona. he will be laid to rest thursday. twenty-three year-old was shot and killed while responding to a domestic complaint friday night in huntingdon county. state police shot and killed the suspect in weaver's death after a manhunt. a man is dead after he was shot several times, this morning in north philadelphia. it happened just after 8:30 on the 2800 block of north park avenue, just off of north broad street. police tell us that the 23 year-old victim was shot four

times, including once in the head and neck and chest. he died a short time later at temple hospital. no arrests have been made and no word on a motive. a two alarm fire destroyed this home this delaware county this morning, thinks the 700 block of 14th avenue in prospect park, and fire fighters say that the fire broke out, just before 1:00 o'clock on the ground floor and then quickly spread to the rest of the home. six people including three children escaped those flames. the red cross is assisting the family. pennsylvania owns the distinction of having the highest gas tax in the nation, and on new years day that tax will be even higher. see on the road, pennsylvania turnpike tolls are scheduled to go up 6 percent marking the ninth increase in nine years. reporting from north philadelphia, i'm anita oh for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". philadelphia's new sugar drink tax also went into effect on january 1st. shoppers will find price of their favorite sweetened beverages increased by one and a half cents per ounce, money collect from that taxis expected to raise about 90 million-dollar a year for the expansion of prekindergarten and other city programs. the beverage industry plans to appeal last month's dismissal of a lawsuit that challenges that tax. eagles ended their season on a high note beating dallas cowboys in south philadelphia. >> today was time to pack up, look back at the year that was , but also to the future. pat gallen joins with us more on what bird had to say as they cleaned out their lockers >> do you want to go to north dakota anytime soon. >> well, one layer actually does. >> i heard that, i wonder who.

alone you have to burn 3500 calories, which is hard to do considering a fast hour long run, burns about 600. jogging for an hour, 400 calories. so it is, tough to lose weight with just exercise. it is important but really successful diet depend on what you eat. >> eat light, eat right and keep it tight. >> there you go. >> something to live by. >> thanks, stephanie. holiday season is over a toll accounts are ditching their christmas trees.
