of the video shows that philadelphia police officer repeatedly punching a 16 year-old girl but police tell us there is more to this story then what we see, and also tonight, we hear from the teenager involved. this video of a police involved sal altercation with a 16 year-old girl is making round on social media. janet pendle ton says she's still wearing scars from that day. >> it is all right here. >> reporter: police were responding to a huge brawl, loving 30 to 40 people in the middle of south 54th street in west philadelphia on new years take when eyewitnesses captured this scene. >> the whole incident was just ugly there start to continuish , there is no denying that and look, sometimes police work is not pretty a and this would have been a perfect example. >> reporter: commissioner ross spoke can tidally about the disturbing video saying it doesn't tell whole story of what may have precipitated the incident. >> you cannot see striking

bottom falls out and i will tell you when some spots could see some snow, ukee, back over to you. >> thank you, kate. terrifying home invasion in the the city's frankford section left suspect dead and a father of four little girls seriously wounded. it happened around 11:00 lon night in the 1900 block of pratt street, police say family of six had just returned home, when there was a knock on the door. and then, two men forced their way in. >> there was a struggle between the 27 year-old home owner and these two heals and one of the perpetrators did shoot the home owner two times and in his mouth and in his leg. the 27 year-old home owner had a weapon, in his possession and he fired multiple shots striking one of the perpetrators in the head. >> upon further investigation police tell us they removed a substantial amount of marijuana the from the pratt street home. police are still looking for the second suspect. police in glassboro, gloucester county of a suspect

in custody in connection with a peeping tom incident last month. police say that three two-year old darnell howard of vineland is charged with peeping into a rest tense on pamona avenue early december 28th. that is a suspect captured on home security cameras. police say members of the community who saw the department's facebook post, tipped them off, just to who that suspect was. federal lawsuit has been filed against boro councilman ed mitchell and boro's police chief, it alleged mitchell facing criminal charges may have tried to even rich himself at the expense of the boro's fire department. end of the week and weekend, lets take a look outside, we will start you off, one thing tonight is low cloud and the fog, you can see we have got the cloud cover, obscuring tops of the buildings here as we look live, there center city looking just a little glummy tonight. heaviest of the rain has moved out, and so that is some good news but we are still dealing with pockets of drizzle, mist, fog, low visibility out there tonight. storm scan three shows us that system moving away, that is good news, clearing out, but there are a lot of cloud out there and i do think we will see another round of at least some showers before we get through the night. just a quick look at boardwalk plaza in rehoboth beach, folks out for a walk there but board are very wet and we do have, again that rain moving through so, zooming out on storm scan three not a whole lot to show you this system lifting north this area of light rain, showers across western pennsylvania, that is what could come through later tonight, and even into the overnight hours, we cannot rule out a few showers or pockets of rain or drizzle. fog will be an issue as well. a few spots at is 11:00 on the

future visibility map below a mile visibility even down near mount pocono and lancaster at 11:00 o'clock tonight. overnight same story, even tomorrow morning we will see very low visibility, so watch out for that fog, here's 5:00 a.m. parts of the south jersey seeing visability near zero in spots tomorrow morning but by tomorrow afternoon it clears out, almost completely, and as the sun returns. but temperatures will eventually take a hit. tomorrow is above average again with the the a high of 54 degrees, average high is 41 , well above average and then we will go well below average for end of the week and start of the weekend, that is how you get an average after all, 41 degrees where we should be and we won't be near that number any day this week. we will go from well above to well below. tomorrow, like i said, sun returns, temperatures in the the 50's, it will be pretty comfortable out there except for wind. by afternoon win will start to pick up, wind could gust over 30 miles an hour for a time in the afternoon and evening and that is as our next front approaches from the west, an arctic cold front that will

alleged nightclub attacker comes from this selfie video walking the streets office tan bull. it is unclear when it was taken or how it was found. turkish media say it was leaked by investigators. last night they raided an apartment near the airport, they were led to the area by a taxi driver, this video being run by turkish media reportedly shows shooter getting out of the cab after the attack from club raina early sunday morning. isis who claimed responsibility for the attack says he was avenging turkey's role in syria's bloody civil war. it is unclear if the gunman was directed or inspired by the militant group, isis statement said club was targeted because it was where christians celebrate their pagan holiday, about 600 people were inside of the club , ringing in the new year. an hour later the gun man struck the venue, and just seven minutes he killed 39 people, before slipping away in the chaos. heavily armed officers' vac waited club goers, some with blood stains on their clothes.
