investigating shooting death the of the man in the cities holmesberg section. at 10:00 o'clock last night a 37 year-old hand was fun dead inside of his home on the 8,000 block of erdick street. the his girlfriend found him on the floor, shot in the head >> in addition to the victim's body, there was another bedroom in the apartment, that appeared to have been ransacked. there were some dresser drawers that were pulled out. there was also some fresh damage to a closet door. >> reporter: there is no weapon at the scene and police say there was no forced entry in the home but the man may have unlock the door waiting for his girlfriend to get home friend who shed up later are being questioned. court appearance for murder suspect who evaded police for two weeks. jeremiah mon el l was arrested in the wooded area of folsom. he has been on the run since his wife was found urderd in her commercial township home last month. meanwhile a judge drops murder charges against former

three-year old woman. william spangler is being accused of inappropriately touching the elderly woman at a nursing home in wayne. witnesses reported it happened three times, on three separate occasions. he is, the former radnor township commissioner and he is out on bail. authorities say they have in other evidence that they want the district attorney to review and more charges could becoming. friend and family will begin saying good bye to a pennsylvania state troop are kill in the line of duty last week. a visitation will be held for land than weaver today in altoona filled by funeral services tomorrow. the the 23 year-old was shot and killed friday while, responding to a domestic complaint in huntingdon county state police shot and killed the suspect in weaver's death after a manhunt. camden county police hope you can help them identify eye robbery suspect. it happened just after 9:00 a.m. on december 30th. the police say he was armed with the handgun which you can e when he stole medication bottles. if you know anything about this suspect, please give

authorities have recovered the wreckage from a remote area have of air zone, family was in route from scottsdale, to colorado for an annual vacation. according to the faa the pilot was in the communicating with air traffic cop troll at the time of the crash. victims were identified as 44 year-old man, his 31 year-old wife and two daughters, age 14 and 12. rescuers were able to find wreckage by a cell phone.

not all that heavy at the moment. he is able to speed up here. good stuff. thankfully not expecting any wet weather out of the next system either. but cold air that makes up for it, that is going to be noticeable. we will see the wind pick up with time here too. you can see how first disturbance is pulling away, front number two coming right now and that is what will bring about a transition. now, we've got the two separate disturbances and chances for light snow, at the shore, come friday and saturday. so this is specific to the coastal communities of new jersey, as well as delaware. there are two separate disturbance that is moves through one on friday, one on saturday, storms are mainly off shore but because they brushed the coast there is a possibility of a couple of days, you are down near area beaches there could be a couple inches of snow but further inland, north and west , you travel, your chances start to go down and ill will say throughout the morning give you more specific and detail where that line will be drawn but in the meantime to take it is mile, windy, we will hit 54 degrees.
