in other news bensalem police say a tip from an alert "eyewitness news" viewer led them to a hit and run driver who seriously injured a bicyclist on new years day. only "eyewitness news" was there when the alleged driver, james hatcher, turned himself into police this morning. the authorities say he was behind the wheel of the red chevy pickup truck in this surveillance video, that struck, 56 year-old lenny gulen. greg argos spoke to the victim 's family. he will have a live report on 6:00 o'clock. jeremiah monell appeared before a cumberland county judge for his first court appearance. three two-year old ace accused of killing his estranged wife, tara oshay watson last month and then going on the run. police arrested him in folsom delaware county on monday after a two week manhunt. he faces murder and weapons offences. two septa trolleys collide in west philadelphia earlier today end ising, dozens of passengers to the hospital. chopper three over the scene as medics tended to the injured there. that crash, happened on 38th and lancaster just before 1:00 .

tracie brown, was on the train >> i don't know what happened, all i know is that it is a big like, like a big noise. >> it was total chaos. there the was smoke in the train. we were just sitting there in shock. >> reporter: video and photos from social media show shattered glass, and broken seats inside one of the train cars. the fdny says that the front two cars suffered the most damage. the train crashed through a barrier and a small room at the end of the track. >> a rail actually pierced the bottom of the train. >> it the is fortunate we didn't have more severe injuries. >> reporter: accident happened the atlantic terminal in downtown brooklyn. it is a very busy terminal will where thousands of commuters transfer to subways every day. ambulances, took 11 passengers to hospitals, some with minor injuries, had to wait for a ride. >> the most significant injuries are possible broken leg. >> reporter: officials say about 600 passengers were on the train and that most were not injured.

investigators also say that many passengers were standing, as they prepared to get off of the train, the cause remains under investigation. also investigators continue their search for the cause of last night's fire at a greenhouse in lehigh county. eyewitness viewer sent thus video after a huge blaze broke out 80:00 last night. it took fire fighters more than eight hours to contain the flames at the dan shantz farm and greenhouse on spinners town road in the milford township. chopper three over what is left of the greenhouse, after that fire, as you can see, crews were still on the scene today, as smoke continues to bilo from beneath the debris. there are no reports of any injuries. renovations are on the way , for the delaware memorial bridge. the delaware river bay authority has adopted its the 017 capital improvement program and it will budget 460 million-dollar for renovations through 2021. now some of that money is going to the the bridge, over the next five years, crews will perform several projects on the span, including

moving off coast friday at the 5:00ah. that then clears out quickly. sun returning friday afternoon and then watch this close call , system tries to brush coast on saturday afternoon, and may bring another chance for light snow at the shore. rest of us will not see anything from that saturday storm. we are looking at an inch, to 2 inches of snow, this is all day try or i should say alternate thursday night into friday morning with some lingering snow through the day try, on the ground, at least not much will melt because it will stay cold. it will get colder, as we head in the weekend. look at this cold canadian air blasting in, for saturday, and sunday. overnight mainly clear, breezy and colder. 27 degrees. tomorrow partly sunny, colder, not that far off the average but real cold comes in this weekend. it will get kick off by that try morning snow, we will clear it out friday afternoon and then dry, saturday, sunday , and monday but we're sub freezing all three taste with overnight lows in the teens and then return to warmer weather and threat for rain, next week.
