so we take you outside. looking right now accident girard at the schuylkill. right lane block. you can see the flashing lights, slow you down, good news you can still squeeze by lit bit. over how slippery it is, that's why we're seeing all of the accident out there like katie and i were talking becomes when the tires hit the tread, tire start to melt, refreeze z, ben franklin bridge, moving in the westbound direction toward center city, looking there, looking okay, looking slick, as i'm sure we can expect, a lot of speed restrictions in play specially the bridges down to 35 miles per hour on these four, so i would say 35 miles per hour i would even take it more slow, just because of how slippery it has been this morning, plus check those schedules on line. some flight concellations, we've got de-icing underway, of course delays because of that, as well. and another accident here in center city, overturned truck with entrapment. art street at 15th street. fifteenth street closed right now between race street and jfk boulevard. heads up on that. this is just a string of many more things to come this morning. and also, some salting out there.

6:04 am
oh, that's nice. we've seen so many salt trucks going by, so they're doing great job of salting the roadways. but again, we do have very slick conditions, it is wet specially as you move closer to that curve. but yes, this gentleman clean off this car doing service to fellow drivers. so we don't have the two, 3 inches on top of the hood to hit other drivers in the face. but did i notice once he cleared the snow, a sticker appeared on the back of his back windshield here, that says cowboys. so i think i'm going to pick up some snow, maybe put it just right over that part right there. even though he cleaned it off. >> but yes, it is cold. it is damp. definitely take it easy out here. traffic snow starting to pick up on haddon avenue in collingswood. back to you guys. >> that man living on the edge throughout. >> i will say though that viewers in collingswood, top notch. that was a place that the viewer came and gave me my gloves, remember? >> yes. >> good samaritans. >> good shopping over there, too, thanks, lauren. >> snowy start for people in the northeast, as well. >> "eyewitness news" reporter trang do live along the
