4:46 am
erie, this is what's headed on later today, what you got to take note of here, the temperature profile as this is arriving. let me put it out there. i think this is little late. and its initial arrival. i think it gets here sooner than 7:00, 8:00 at night. winter weather advisory as we mentioned earlier goes into effect in fact at 65:00. even as far south as portions of bucks, montgomery counties. but you see, that's moving in, it is cold enough. so i do think the radar will fill in little bit more on the future radar, we look forward into the early evening hours, keep in mind the northwest suburbs have to deal with icing around the evening rush. then, the temperatures are climbing, through the overnight, so this will turn over to rain for everyone, and we're actually low 50's as we go on the air this same time tomorrow maybe even down at wildwood for example. so we do clear things out later in the morning tomorrow. it is mainly overnight issue, but there will be rain, tapping on europe top through the overnight. then comes another front. lifting in, from the southwest, that bridges another rounds of showers, late tomorrow night, into early thursday. so that will continue the trends up on the thermometer
4:47 am
for us. you will have clouds, additional rain showers to contend w there might even be snow shower at some point guys into the early afternoon, but the clouds generally just going to thick edge, back to 39, which is closer to average for us. not much movement on the thermometer through the overnight unless it is going up. watch for icing into the evening, especially, and specially northwest of philly. looking forward, yes, quite the variety pack. again, upper 50's, expected thursday, looks like where we peak, then it is a lot cooler but dose of reality for the weekends, meisha? >> instant mood lift, katie, thank you for that. good morning, everyone, happy tuesday. soap, what we are looking at right now, pretty dark, early, looking at construction, route one bucks county all lanes blocked northbound at oxford valley. something we have talked about before that, has now since been cleared. that construction project, all good, looking good, you can see, from your neighbors out there, looking just that is should this early morning. vine closed overnight, for the construction project between the schuylkill and broad. right now see both moving in the westbound and eastbound direction. it is now open. open a little bit earlier than

pennsylvania, eastern ohio, this of course is snow. when this reaches us, though, we'll have quote unquote warmed up enough into the mid to upper 30's where you'll see this likely start off as some freezing rain or icing. there could be a brief period of light snow. but the ice is the bigger issue. and we are talking bucks county, montgomery county, point north and west of that, where you will have winter weather advisory, slick conditions are almost a guarantee, if you sea ice g lift in here, looks like that's very possible. so as early as 6:00 this evening, perfect, or completely imperfect timing for the evening rush. but it, will all turn over to rain for everyone. look at the spike, at least something positive comes out of this, before it was 60 later this week. >> i can't even believe. that will but tonight, that's really going to cause some problems. all right, katie, thank you so much. good morning, everyone, happy tuesday. so, looking at 95, southbound direction before girard. keep my eye on this. busy yesterday, busy again. see a lot of headlights out there already. looking at new jersey first live look out in new jersey 42

about, also clear, roadways looking good. and i know a lot of people are anticipating what's coming tonight? >> so the winter weather advisory we're talking about, really is just northwest half of the area. philly is not included in it. but if you travel even as far south as upper bucks, western montgomery county, 6:00 p.m. tonight, winter weather advisory going to go into effect for you. that's because of some ice potential. there may be a little period of very light snow. guys, i don't think we have to worry about accumulation from that. that's not the concern as much as the ice would be. you know, of course, you don't need much. it could be really light precipitation. but if it is icing it forms a glaze no matter how much there is. that can really slow you down. and obviously, lead to treacherous travel. for now, though, all completely calm, clear, as we showed you in the bethlehem shot a moment ago, it is very, just, quiet. up in the lehigh valley right now, as is everywhere else. there are some clouds though, beginning to bill owe in here from the west. that's a sign of what's yet to come. it is still very cold, as well, currently at 15 at the airport, nine in trenton, ni
