to the left as they pass by. but overall, the dent is cleared. looking okay there. both directions, northbound and southbound, blue route, i would say, starting to heat up little bit. we can expect it now, just now moving into the 6:00 hour. then look in new jersey 42 freeway at creek road, approaching 295 what you are looking at there. looking good. but again, this is also another stretch starting to heat up. and again we can expect that. so, construction, this is where we have got it in atlantic city route nine closed at tilt on road until 6:00 a.m. gas line repairs you will have to use alternate shore road probably your best bet. then just heads up thon construction, route one north-south bound at oxford valley. saw it this morning, it will be continuing on through friday between nine p.m. and 5:00 a.m. jim, over to you. >> thank you, meisha. now an update on developing story we've been following all morning. police say group of armed mentor orized people in the city frankford section. >> two people were robbed overnight. we know that one victim was shot. "eyewitness news" reporter trang do live at the frankford transportation center the scene of one of the robberies. good morning, trang.

>> reporter: well, good morning, rahel, jim. yes, woman had just gone off septa bus here when she was robbed. second robbery happened just a block away. fortunately, both victims including the man who was shot are expected to be okay. investigators believe the same group of men are responsible for both crimes. but the first report came in just before 1:00 a.m. police received call from area frankford hospital 30 year old man had entered the er with gunshot wounds to the hip. now the man told police he was walking along the 5,000 block of griscomb street, throw men wearing masks and armed with guns pulled up and announced a robbery. now, when the man refused to get off the property one of the men shot him twice in the hip. men also then beat him up and then drove off. now, at that same hospital, staff treat add 18 year old woman, for injuries to her face, after she said she was robbed at gunpoint at the frankford transportation center where she had been just got off of a bus. she described the same three perpetrators, males,

wearing dark clothing, masks, armed with a gun, and there was a get away driver forcing the individual in a white vehicle. so, due to the fact that the same description, these robberies took place at the same time, only one block apart, we believe that these perpetrators are responsible for these two robberies. >> there are surveillance cameras, meanwhile, police are looking for possibly a white 2004 chevy impala. but nor now, live in frankford, i'm trang do, cbs-3, "eyewitness news", jim, rahel, back to you. >> trang, thank you. >> meanwhile federal investigators are not saying if more than dozen bomb threats at jewish community centers including wilmington are related. the threat yesterday afternoon forced evacuation of the segal jewish community center. fbi and police gave the all clear after search turned up nothing suspicious, the jewish federations of north america

says some of the calls were prerecorded. >> was it intentional or an accident in police in salem county new jersey are still trying figure out how a 50-pound dumbbell wounds up smashing through a man's windshield, leaving him in critical condition. this all happened yesterday morning, in old man township as the victim was driving south on the new jersey turnpike, from chopper three, you can see, the huge hole in the windshield. the weight struck 75 year old jack decarlo in the head. it is similar in size to this one, but police still don't know where it came from. anyone with information in this case is asked to call new jersey state police. the suspect in the murder after orlando police officer has a price on his head. there is now $06,000 reward for information leading to his arrest. yesterday morning, master sergeant debra clayton was on duty at a wal-mart when police say she confronted marquises lloyd, when he allegedly shot her. lloyd was wanted for the december murder of his pregnant ex-girlfriend. >> marquis lloyd needs to turn himself in. not tonight. not tomorrow.

he needs to call and turn himself in now. so we can bring this to a peaceful resolution. >> swat teams and officers combed through neighborhoods searching for lloyd and during the search orange county deputy was killed when a van struck his motorcycle. >> the suspect in the fort lauderdale airport shooting a periods in court yesterday. twenty-six year old esteban santiago was appointed public defender's and told he could face the death penalty. he answered mostly yes or no to questions, and told the judge he understands the charges against him. santiago has been in custody since friday's shooting in the back and claim area, which left five people dead, and six others injured. >> well, closing arguments are today in the death penalty hearings for convicted charleston church shooter dillan roof. the 22 year old will soon be in the hands after jury. roof who acted as his own lawyer in the death penalty trial, rested his case yesterday without calling on any defense witnesses cents. prosecutors called 25 witnesses to the stand over

man drove on to the 405 freeway, stopped every so often to taunt the officers chasing him in california. finally ended with officers surrounded his car and police dog tuning down the suspect. >> in california rising river forces resident out of their homes after a big storm. >> the russian river spilled out onto surrounding streets, triggering dozens of accidents, and also, just leaving cars and homes underwater. rescue crews spent most of yesterday helping people stranded by the rising water and all of this happened north of san francisco. so been days now i feel like we've been talking about this heavy rain in california. >> and california always drought prone. i mean, when they get stuff like this, the grounds just canned handled it. >> you would think okay, they'll get a lot of inches worth of rain will help. but too much too soon the grounds can't absorb it, of course, and ends up bng too much of a good thing, and leading to all of those problems. so for the folks out there having to deal with that. meanwhile our main issue coming in the form of several warmfront in the next few days, which ends up bringing more positive to the forecast i would say than anything.

we are going to see our fair share of at least few minor problems with this, still, couple of school buses rolling on through the campus here, at pleasant valley middle and high school. one spot that toward evening, could actually end one some icing out there. as this mess, starts to head our way. so this is the beginning of the next system, just ushering into western pennsylvania, some snow right now, see mixing taking place, milder air has nudge in the in ohio. that's more so what we're going toned up finding a bit more of a mixing that takes place, mainly tonight, for philly on southeast. but, as early as early evening, for our north and west most suburbs, you will end up seeing little mix take place here, the part that always i think end up being the biggest issue is the icing. yes, you might see maybe couple of tents of an inch of snow, bigger story is as the temperatures climb it, will turn over to rain that freezes on contact or even some sleet. then eventually plane rain. but that icing, very likely takes place as we are wrapping up our typical evening rush. so 6:00 see winter weather advisory go into effect, the rain anyway, across the rest

of the region, don't have to worry about it through the evening rush, looks like holds off until much later on. still worth watching. things tends to change as they get nearer and nearer. for now the high hits 39, possibly few snowflakes, generally we wait until later tonight for the rain to hit philly. watch for the icing for evening return. off to the north and west, and then, we continue the warming trend. few showers chances along the way granted meisha. not bad trade off for flirting with 62 degrees. >> absolutely not. take the rain any day in january to bring in the 60s. katie, thank you so much. close to the 60s i should say. take a look outside. looking at 95 pushing in the southbound direction at cottman. actually not too bad. you guys, i have to say, all morning long, this commute has really looked nice. not only in terms every just how it has been, but also, just congestion levels, ice on the roadways, seem to be fairly at bay, i would say, for the most part. so you'll have it under the bridge decks, maybe above the bridge decks, side street, overall doesn't seem like it is bothering our commute that up this this morning.

night 5400 block of girard avenue. the suspect took the woman's cell phone and $20, then ran off gown girard avenue. >> also new this morning, police looking for the gunman opened fire, striking windows of this checkers, in southwest philadelphia. it happened around midnight, 58th and baltimore avenue. no one was inside the restaurant hurt. no word on what led to gunfire. on the cbs-3 health watch this morning, vaccine, hundreds of children in ocean county may need to be re vaccinated. officials tell us the vaccines in manahawken may not have been properly row fridge rated, the vaccines include measles, mumps, rubella, chicken pox, several others. children who were vaccinated between november 2014 and july 2016 will be notified by the health department. >> well, overall prices are expected to rise in 2017. but there is good news. some expected positive drop in price. >> good news. business analyst jill

good morning. >> good morning. >> you guys are putting on show that starts at the merriam theater that starts friday. tell me about the acrobatics. >> the show is called saloon. it is a show about the wild west. >> okay? >> and so we have a mix between acrobatics and theater and dance and live music on stage. >> interesting. >> so what's really cool actually is the live music integrated with the acrobatics, not just acrobatics on stage but also music really an integral part of the show. >> so you have all of these elements put together. it must take quite a bit of time to get everything perfect the way you want it? >> yes. i wouldn't say we have reached the perfect state yet, but always work in progress, what's cool is the show is always evolving, and still working on a lot of stuff. but yes, in the creation process we work probably about eight hours a week, or eight hours a day, in six days a week. >> that's intense, pretty intense. what's your backgrounds in all of this? you have been doing this a long time i'm shnewer. >> yes, started doing circus when i was really little. started music when i was
