sexual relationship with one of his students has resigned in a montgomery county high school. hello, good evening i'm ukee washington. i'm jessica dean. allegation has shock students and parents, "eyewitness news" reporter david spunt is live at north penn high school with more, david in. >> reporter: jessica and ukee this is after tait major hashing miller was an employee at north penn high school for several years, tonight he is out of the job here at the school. authorities say that they have evidence the and proof that he had sex with one of his students on multiple occasions north penn r ot c instructor major hashing miller is accused of having sex with one of his students. now he is facing a charge of sexual assault. according to an affidavit obtained by "eyewitness news" authorities say miller had consensual sex with the 18 year-old student in his car at land dale business park, and at a hotel in land dale. authorities used surveillance footage of miller allegedly inside of the land dale marriott. the alleged victim is also on the tape, according to

authorities. miller's charged with institutional sexual assault, because of his position as a teacher. in december, the affidavit says that another student came forward, and said that miller persued her, and wanted to have children with her. that student told authorities, and she did not have have sex with major miller. we reached out to the school district, who says that hiller left his post last month. we were given this statement: quote, charges such as these against millers are contrary to the core values that, the whole truth and never be tolerated in the north penn school district. as always, north penn high school has had the staff and resourceness place for students who may need extra support during this time. the students, safety is a top priority of the north penn school district. students are commended, for reporting and acting upon this serious issue. source told me by telephone that the sexual misconduct did not happen at the school, on school property , that is just where miller and the alleged victim

a winter weather advisory just went into effect. we have live team three weather coverage. justin drabick is live in pottstown one of the areas under advisory and kate bilo is tracking the storm in the weather center. what is the latest. >> reporter: storm is moving in but won't get here for next several hours because air is just so try overhead. any moisture that has gotten into central pennsylvania, has really kind of fizzled out and died. here we are seeing light rain, start to move in the western half of the state and the pinkies an indication that freezing rain is occurring in those spots. actual rain that will impact us overnight thinks area right here you can see over eastern ohio, this is moving from the the west, very quickly, and temperatures are still very close to the freezing mark in many spots across the area. that means that we have got the to watch out for threat, for ice and freezing rain. here is your winter weather advisory just when we went in at 6:00 anything shaded here in your he will, upper bucks, montgomery counties, right up through lehigh valley and poconos, under the advicery and that goes in the first part of the overnight hour. it should be a quick icing

the museum portion will showcase items used to train circus animals. kate bilo joins us now. it looks like temperatures are in the upper 30's but they will rise, right. >> temperatures rising overnight which is good news as rain is moving in. you don't want temperatures below freezing when rain moves in. >> hello, hello. >> temperatures at surface above freezing, that rainfalls , surface temperature below treeing, slick situation it looks like parts of the air contract tonight may have to be concerned about that. it does not look like a major icing threat but up in the poconos and northern lehigh valley through the first part of tonight, between ten and 1:00 a.m. that is your best threat to see the risk for dangerous ice, on untreated surfacees, sidewalks, bridges, overpasses, things like that first to freeze. look at what is going on we will start off on the roof cam philadelphia one area not concerned about the ice tonight. temperatures again holding in the mid to upper 30's, gradual ly rising in the 40's overnight headed toward 50

us tonight at 11:00 o'clock and we will track this moisture moving in but could start as a brief period of snow or ice, lehigh valley and poconos. watch how temperatures rise they by 1:00 a.m. we are 40 in allentown. i wouldn't rule out warm up being slower and threat for icing lasting longer. we have seen that happen before. as of right new by 1:00 a.m. we will see temperatures above treeing every where. see they are 50, down the shore by 2:00 a.m., 3:00 a.m. still hield when rain pushes out and we will wake up to a clear sky tomorrow morning as we get this moisture out. temperatures rise tomorrow back to around 50, tomorrow night another quick burst of rain in the evening hours, and then again around ten or 11:00 that is out after midnight. and then thursday that is when we will warm up as temperatures head for the low 60's. a huge swing there where we have been past few taste. so tonight and tomorrow morning poconos will see mix of snow, sleet changing over to freezing rain, possibly ending as just plane rain
