up shooting the suspect as he tried to get away >> township tries to grab the gun from the primary guy and he shoots him in the leg. police are my sure why the suspect did what he did. they say his car was not stolen and he does not have a record. take a look at this surveillance video, philadelphia police need the public's help trying to catch two suspects assault add deli employee. one of the suspects punched the 60-year-old female employee in the face several times, fled the scene with the other suspect. this happened january 4th at the daylight deli. police tell us this all started with an argument over the price of a sandwich. a string of recent home invasions, uwchlan township employees are searching for who masked gunmen. detectives say they demanded money and electronics, this has striking similarities to a home

towards center city. here's a look at stormscan 3, the heaviest rain is starting to push out a three-hour loop, we're starting to see some of that breaking around philadelphia and western suburbs. just light rain, couple spotty showers here and there, you can see these moving over portions of maryland. i want to show you we got to watch for another round. there's a little bit of residue showing up and there is the chance we could see a few showers pop up during the day tomorrow. especially mid morning here in philadelphia. so at one point it looks like we were going to clear this out completely and tomorrow was going to a dry and partly sunny day, we may be dodging a few more showers than anticipated. >> 46 right now in philadelphia, keep in mind our normal high for today's date 40, still to above that. atlantic city 50, mount pocono is 40. certainly no concerns about icing here. you can see as we head toward
