time yesterday it was 65 degrees, now cooler air has come in but today was a good transition day, not too cold, just a little colder even back into some winter weather before tomorrow, we will feel like more of a slap in the face. temperatures will be in the the 30's and we're tracking threat for snow, and some sleet. let's talk about the temperatures first, friday night temperatures in the 30's and 40's. this is slightly above average for this time of the year. forty-six in philadelphia. forty in lancaster. thirty-eight in allentown. forty-six in million will but you can see the drop, in the mercury, from this time yesterday, and temperatures about 20 degrees, colder, then yesterday, and tomorrow is going to be at least 10 degrees colder then today. we're definitely dropping like a rock and moisture works its the way in tomorrow we will see the threat, for, again, wintry weather. there is storm that will bring it to us. you can see rain across kentucky right now, we have got a pretty i go can't ice storm across portions of the midwest here you cane pink there over portions of missouri and into, arkansas

very far, they found him hiding in an alley near godfrey avenue around 9:00 a.m. philadelphia police are investigating several shooting that is took place throughout the city offer night. a total of 80 people were shot last night, six people were injured and two people were killed. officers were busy counting shell casing at one of the crime scenes. here are shooting victim was just 19 years old, shot at least ten times on the 2400 block of seventh sixth avenue nero gowns avenue. police say that the victim was with his girlfriend when the gun man opened fire. she tells officers that a hand in all dark clothing ran from the scene. justice department released its latest progress report on the philadelphia police department's reform efforts. feds found that the department made significant progress toward implementing its recommendations which focused on the use of deadly force which affect minority communities. >> all of these things that the department still has to tiehl with and provide high quality crime reductions services and police services in the community, while
