later at the hospital in the meantime investigators are interviewing that security guard who they say fired those fatal shots. take a welcome at video of what we shot last night this happened before 11 p.m. at the sharon little spot on corner of boyer and woodlawn streets in east germantown. police found the bar manager two gunshot wounds medics transferred him to einstein where he later died. witnesses told police the manager and 8-year-old security guard at the bar got into an argument that turned physical inside a back room just for employees. police are not sure what sparked that argument. >> this entire incident took place inside and we did not locate any cameras in the bar so that time it appears to be a shooting by security guard assigned to bar shooting victim was manager who works at the

bar and for some reason they were involved in a physical altercation. and investigators are also interviewing two witnesses female bartender and female customer at this point police have not yet filed any charges. but for now we're live from police headquarters i'm trang do, cbs3 eyewitness news, jim and rahel solomon back to you. >> thank you ux trang. >> aa man accused of killing another man earlier this month is under arrest. philadelphia detectives say 32-year-old matthew white shot and killed barry jones during a home invasion and robbery on the 5400 block of dpirard avenue and chopper there was over the scene january and white is responsible for home invasion the night before. he faces robbery and aggravated assault rnl chas. >> widow of orlando night club shooter is expected to auto appear in court today. she's facing justice for things she did and didn't do before and after the attack. >> wed owe of pulse night club shooter omar bat even is set in

federal court. including obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting mats teen material support for isis they took him into custody in the san francisco area. neighbors spdz by arrest. >> mind are closed all the time so we sdobt see what happens there. >> and just caught me by surprise and didn't know she was there. it's weird. >> law enforcement officials are pleased. >> i was extremely happy that she is in custody. >> orlando police chief saying he has no doubt that solomon knew and aling she could have prefer entered shooting which left 49 people dead in or plan owe last summer. she came under scrutiny after the attack and he suspected within days she had a part in it law enforcement officials told cnn that solomon told fbi she knew mateen want todd carry out an attack but denied knowledge of plans.

elm street the fire broke out 5:00 this morning and fire crews had the situation under control in less than 20 minute minutes. it's too soon to know he what caused this blaze. >> well the southwest is cleaning up this morning after heavy reigns and tornadoes slammed texas damaging at least 30 homes. >> homes surveillance cameras captured homes destruction yesterday near dallas. the storm left plenty of damage down south leaving scattered furniture an debris in the wake and three tornadoes were reported in the houston area. >> studented like a freight train when i was on top and all ever a sudden i thought our house was gone. >> and severe thunderstorm has prompted tornado warnings for part of the houston area. >> people in kansas are treading lightly this morning after a storm coats region under layers of ice. major power outages were reported sunday night fol ice storm and thick ice brought down trees and danaged homes and snapped power lines. thousands of people still without power as electrical crews work to reverse the damage.

inactive. if you are a woman who had diabetes while you were pregnant, gestational diabetes, and if you are a member of a high risk ethnic group whether african-american, hispanic, latino, asian american, american indian. >> i notice family history. you have to talk to your relatives to find that out. 25% of people with full blown type ii diabetes don't know it. that's scary. what is the serious complications? >> there are serious complications of do you understand. unfortunately blindness, amputation, kidney disease, heart attack, stroke, other nerve damage. >> those are serious. if somebody is watching and say i think i might have some of those risk factors, what do they do? >> first, take a simple risk test. determine where you constantly. if your score is high enough it will really prompt you to get that simple blood sugar test from your physician. >> i know i am going to go take that test for sure.
