police are investigating gunfire in west philadelphia that left a man hospitalized, this happened here on the 5100 block of irving street just before 6:30 yesterday where police tell us they have found a 37 year-old victim shot three times, he was, last listed in critical condition he so far police have made no arrests. well, philadelphia district attorney seth williams is hit with a record setting fine from philadelphia 's ethics board. williams was find $62,000 for failing to disclose five sources of income, and 89 gift over a five-year period. williams will also pay the city about $2,800, the value of gifts he received that were prohibited under the cities ethics code. gifts included a new roof, vacations accounts plane tickets, suits, and watches. williams released a statement apologizing to the people of philadelphia, his friends and his family. fill land at the top of the national list but not the something that we want to be proud of, it shows philadelphia areas worst this is country for rodent

detective is dead following a standoff with an armed man in the dallas suburb. on tuesday officers were called to the a home this little elm will and found a man armed with the long gun screaming at them there a backyard. when officers backed away from the scene they say the man disappeared and then started firing from a window. forty-eight year-old detective jerry walker was shot in the neck as neighbors watched the violence unfold. >> i didn't know what was going on at first, i opened my door and there was police officers in high driveway, end ising a barrage of noises happening and then it got loud ed. >> detective walker was within of the several officers who had tried to talk to the man before they started shooting. the suspect was found ted inside of the house after a six hour standoff with police. and a suspected cop killer is caught ending a massive manhunt in orlando that lasted more than a week. markeith lloyd is accused of gunning down deborah clayton as she tried to arrest head him. police arrested lloyd with the lieutenant clayton's handcuffs
