now the delaware river turnpike bridge will remain closed until further notice. the bridge was closed friday due to significant fracture found in one every it beams you guys on the pa side westbound. so, bridge connects pennsylvania's bristol township with new jersey's burlington township, the connector will be shutdown indefinately, until a plan is put in place. to fix this issue. bridge carries like i said around 42,000 vehicles a day. that's going to affect a lot of us. what's our alternate? we have four options for in you terms of the bridge. bullying toll bristol bridge, scud err falls, talcony palmyra, with that many people being affected things will get quite busy. bullet point. new jersey turnpike, detoured 195, route 130 ramp turnpike connector they're closed. the local roads, under the bridge, they're also closed. this is going to affect some many of us, heads up. plus another accident, chester road near west chester pike a lot more it talk about coming up the next 15 minute or so.

>> police are looking for gunman after a shooting victim is found dead in south philadelphia. >> philadelphia police say they discovered the victim 2600 block every emily street. but they think the actual shooting happened at 46th and walnut streets in west philadelphia. anyone with information is asked to call police. >> also, new this morning, police hope surveillance cameras can help them identify the gunman who robbed the vintage wine bar earlier this morning. the bar is located in the 100 block every south 13th street, in the heart of center city. it happened just before 1:30 this morning, police say the suspect was wearing a mask and gloves, he got a which with $200 in cash. >> philly police bus stolen jewelry ring recovering thousands of eye e, court documents obtained by "eyewitness news" shows v jewelers on philadelphia jewelers row and three other places are a front for a burglary ring, covering 15 homes and stolen items worth one and a half million dollars. court papers identify as the middle man arrested friday. jewelers from down the street said he didn't see him too

them. first out is the two year old with a life vest on. the family was rescued one by one, and they're all okay. similar rescues unfolded sunday across southern california. this couple was rescued by jumping out the window of their truck onto swift water rescue boat. and this boy signalled for help, as crews used ladder to rescue him and his father from their car. weekend storms in california dumped rain at a rate of nearly three quarters of an inch per hour, setting new records. on the other side of the country, another severe weather system rips to the southeast. in albany georgia, rescue crews search for survivors into the night. after tornado blue through the city on sunday. >> i want to go look outside. did i see the trees leaning. and you could hear the rumble, sounded like a train. >> for tornado ripped through georgia smashing this mobile home park. >> all i can tell you is is laying in bed, i found like -- >> in mississippi, crews are cleaning up.

part of mississippi remain under flood warning n new york, roxanna, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". what began as jewel heist turned deadly inside a mall in san antonio, texas. good samaritan shot and killed trying to stop two armed men from robbing a jewelry store, it happened inside the rolling oaks mall sunday afternoon. after the bystander was shot, another man pulled out a concealed weapon and shot one of the suspect. the other suspect was caught and arrested short time later. police say five others were injured during the commotion. well, major league baseball this morning is mourning the loss of two major leaguers both whom died in unrelated car accidents sunday in the dominican republic. twenty-five year old kansas city royce titchier yordano ventura, 33 year old former inch feel errand i march tee spent time with the indians and the padres. >> back here at home, authorities still trying to figure out who held up a wine bar in the heart of center

city early this morning. take a look. it happened here at the vintage wine baron south 13th street. police tell us just before 1:30, man armed with a gun walked into the bar with his face covered and wearing gloves. no one was injured. did he get away with $200 in cash. police right now are reviewing the surveillance video. >> police have arrested the the man who allegedly attacked transgender woman walking with her two friends near city hall. they spotted the 25 year old homeless suspect in the frankford transportation center yet morning, wearing the same clothes from friday's attack. and, philadelphia mayor set to make big announcement today as report on racism and discrimination in the city lgbtq community is released. mayor jim kenney will be joining the philadelphia commission on human relations this morning, to gather, they'll be revealing the findings of their analysis. all came about, after public hearing back on october 25th, that's when dozens claim that racism was an issue at gayborhood night clubs. >> president trump first full week in the white house
