shooting involving one of it officers. last night police responded to a home in the 1700 block of west 13th street. investigators say an armed man was behaving irradically, when officers tried to approach the man, they say, he became disturbed, that's when an officer fired their gun, fatally shooting the man, no officers were hurt. well, the senate energy and natural resource committee is delaying today's vote on whether to confirm energy secretary nominee, rick perry, and interior secretary nominee, ryan sing i. yesterday the senate foreign voted along party lines 11 to ten, to recommend rex tillerson. leadership aids from each party say final confirmation vote from the full senate is expected next week. part of the reason for the confirmation delays, senate republicans joining their house colleagues in philadelphia, for a retreat. starts tomorrow at the lowe's hotel market street and runs through friday. president trump is expected to address the move on thursday. mike pompeii has taken the oath, makes him cia director,
