atlantic city the front of the former revel went from bad to worse and near the steel pier, the handicapped ramally greg man chaka fattah is spending first night of a ten-year sentence in prison. this is a photo of the cell where fattah is serving time at the prison in northwestern pennsylvania. he was convicted on racketeering charges related to a campaign loan. wesley snipe served a three-year sentence on tax charges at that same prison released in '13. mary tyler moore is being remembered after she died at the age of 80. the television icon and trailblazer passed away in the company of friends and her loving husband of more than 33 years. ♪ mary tyler moore, the name

writer rob pet tri. it made mary tyler moore a household name. her first marriage crumbled. then married grant tinker. and produced several successful shows. most notably, the mary tyler moore show. seven seasons, 29 emmys and three go ahead globes later, show the ended and moore found it difficult to shed mary richards. turning to broadway he wering a tony reward for who's life is it anyway? she shined on big screen. >> it's starting over again in 1980 moore gave an oscar nominated performance as ordinary people, which disrespect add family dealing with tragedy struck moore's family the same year when her only son richie died of a self inflicted gunshot wound. it was later ruled an accident.

following year, grant tinker and more ended the 19 year marriage. then she married dr. robert levine. she devoted much of her later years to advocacy. in 2011, the television to icon underwent surgery to remove a benign tumor and recovered. she carved out her place in television history by being a pioneer who opened doors for women. life wasn't always perfect, mary tyler moore really did make it after all. there's no word tonight on the cause of death. chairman and ceo of lesley moan released this statement. mary tyler moore was a once in a generation talent. she will be long remembered as a gifted actress, television pioneer and role model to so many. cbs lost one of the very best to grace our airways and industry lost a true legend and friend. tune in tomorrow for a one hour
